Très bon ensoleillement à 750 m d'altitude sur les hauteurs de Gérardmer, à 3 minutes en voiture du centre ville, des pistes de ski et du lac ! Chalet 35 m2 entièrement bois avec une très belle hauteur de plafond créant un espace volumineux et chaleureux. Quartier très calme. Accès facile à pieds ou à vélos aux chemins randonnées.
