Located in the heart of Kerlouan with all the shops nearby, this semi-detached house (on the left by an unoccupied house and separated by a wall for the house on the right) has a 1600 square meter garden. Completely renovated, it will offer you the charm of the old, the comfort of a recent renovation, a large garden, a terrace with deckchairs and barbecue, in the middle of the village. Also nearby is a restaurant/bar/SPA/supermarket/pharmacy and a market 1 km away! You have a private garden of 1300 m2 (not enclosed) with free parking.

House comprising on the ground floor a living room with fully fitted and equipped open kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed + dressing room, and a shower room. Upstairs, a double bedroom, a children's bedroom and a shower room in the attic. Outside, enjoy 2 terraces. Board games, toys and books available. On request, a crib and high chair.
