Very nice apartment, located in the city centre facing the park, surrounded by restaurants, cafe, exchange agency just next to the building. the beach not far from the residence, security with 24/7 guard. Beautiful, well-appointed, clean and bright space, with a responsive host at all times. Aziz, has provided a menu card for the café, a restaurant located on the ground floor, which will allow you to order your breakfast, which will be served directly to the apartment The entrance with a door with a digital handle and external camera that allows you to see the person at the door. Open plan kitchen, fully equipped. The living room has a table and 4 chairs, with a beautiful large corner sofa, air conditioning in case of hot weather. A furnished balcony. A bedroom with a large bed, large dressing room, mirror, a dressing table, white sheets and towels, clean shower room. I highly recommend this apartment . A big thank you to AZIZ.

I had an excellent experience staying at Kaoutar & Talal’s B&B. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed. The place is spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. You can tell every detail has been thoughtfully taken care of. Talal were attentive, kind, and always available if I needed anything, which made me feel right at home. This is one of those rare places where you feel both like a guest and a friend. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing a. I will definitely be returning.

A perfect stay! I had a great stay at this apartment. Everything was impeccable: the place is clean, comfortable, well located, and perfectly in line with the description. But what really made the experience exceptional was Chaouki's warm welcome. Very available, helpful and very kind – he did everything to make me feel good from the beginning. Three of us enjoyed our stay at Mamoun’s lovely apartment. It was spacious, secure, well equipped and provided a great space to relax in after a day of sightseeing in the Old Medina, Chellah (not to miss) and other parts around the beautiful city of Rabat. A variety of restaraunts are around the immediate area if you choose not to cook. The host was very responsive and helpful in many ways which made a good stay into a great one. I highly recommend this apartment and wish we had a few more nights to enjoy it.

We stayed at this property. Everything was perfectly as described, or even better! The place is clean, well decorated, and very well located. Great location and nice clean accommodation.

Nasser , the Host, is a super friendly, fastreacting guy, who speaks multiple languages. He welcomed us, showed us the way to our private underground parking place and handed us the apartmentkeys , after explaining us everything about the apartment and even suggested us what restaurants and malls to go. The apartment is perfect located , a one minute walk to the beach!!! Its a quite a save neighborhood with lovely people. The apartment is as shown on the pictures, if not …better! I would definitly rent this apartment again when i am back in town! Thanx for everything Nasser!

Khalid is a great host and responds almost immediately! The place is very big and also very clean. I would recommend this place to anybody visiting Rabat and I will certainly be back again.
