The location of the house is ideal for doing everything on foot: 5 min from the beach, 2 min from the market, and 15 from the train station if necessary. Once your car is parked, it won't need to come out again. In the garden you will find an outdoor shower for when you return from the beach, as well as a terrace with garden furniture. Attachment points will allow you to secure your bikes. The interior renovation was tastefully carried out by our friend, an interior designer, in collaboration with Lisa.

Ideal apartment for 2 couples (1 bed in the bedroom in 160) and very good sofa bed, on site an extra camp bed (max child 12 years old). Bathroom with a nice shower. "ATTENTION" Bed linen and towels are not provided. Possibility to rent from my concierge. My place is not suitable for people with disabilities.

Welcome to this large studio renovated in July 2021. Located in a luxury residence on the 5th floor with elevator in the Grands Hôtels and Casino district, it is ideal for a family stay or a stopover in Baul. The decor is modern and neat. The apartment is fully equipped, has air conditioning and a balcony with partial sea view. Parking is free in the residence's parking lot. The beach is at the end of the residence.

Enjoy your vacation in La Baule in our little cozy and bright apartment, on the seafront on Benoît beach. You will appreciate the comfort of being able to get around on foot. The residence is located near shops and restaurants, and two grains of sand from the ocean. The terrace offers you a haven of peace even in high season: overlooking the park and the palm trees, you will only hear the singing of the birds.
