N of Los Angeles. The Tulare Ag center is in town and it is 49 miles to the Sequoia National park entrance plus the central California coast is 2 hours away. The house has central AC and an Instant water heater for the house so you can have back-to-back hot showers! It's super clean and a great location

In the evenings, enjoy stargazing or conversation at the fire pit. Our property is secluded, yet only 10 minutes from the main highway. We are in between Sequoia Forest (east) and Sequoia Park (north), with about an hour drive to each. We love to host remote workers/traveling health care providers.

We are a husband and wife team who grew up in the city and had dreams of owning a place where we could welcome friends, family, & maybe some animals! Stay in our charming 2-bedroom Bunkhouse on a 20-acre working ranch nestled in the Sierra Nevada foothills! Features include a cozy living room with sofa, TV, Wi-Fi, Apple TV, desk area, kitchenette (mini fridge, coffee maker, microwave, (single burner & bbq outside), central AC/heat, and a bathroom with shower. Expect ranch vibes, worker comings and goings, and summer/fall dust! PET FEE is no longer refundable as most pet owners refuse to follow the rules.

Welcome to your private guest suite, created from a thoughtful garage conversion that’s attached to our home. You’ll have your own entrance with driveway parking right next to the door( check-in). The suite is set in a quiet, friendly neighborhood, giving you privacy while still being part of a family home. For comfort, air conditioning and heating are centrally controlled from our side of the home. We keep the temperature within 72 - 76 summer.
