Excellent stay, very well located house inside the condominium escarpments of the lake, swimming pool, game room, complete house and 6 bedrooms and 4 suites. Very good atmosphere, safe place. Lucas is a super attentive host and a good person, in addition to Edson, the caretaker, who gave us daily support. I highly recommend it!! 10 out of 10.

The Casa da Bárbara is great., well located, in Rua tranquila and close to supermarkets , restaurants and pharmacies. The house has 2 good rooms and serves up to 04 people well. A very nice outdoor area, with BBQ and good space. The host Bárbara, without request , has answered us whenever we need it. I recommend to Cass Bárbara and hope to return soon.

Host Danielle explained everything and was always so kind and accessible. Over the house, it managed to be better than in the photos, home with large rooms, great bathrooms, garage fits more than 2 cars, good barbecue, excellent pool and the best, the view of the lake! House a little away from the center of Capitólio, so the place is very quiet with the present nature. We'll come back more often.

We had an excellent stay at Claudio's house, in fact he is a great host, extremely polite and courteous, always willing to help and guide you on the various tourist attractions in the Pimenta region. We spent an amazing holiday at Doni's house. We only have compliments and gratitude. The house is beautiful and has absolutely everything available for a perfect stay. All very clean and organized. We were very well received by the homemade Bahiano who was kind and very attentive to us. Lilian and Doni always respond quickly and give excellent tips for places to visit. To our luck the 6 km of dirt road were patrolled the week we arrived so it was very quiet our arrival. They can rent without fear of being happy because the danger is just not wanting to leave there anymore. I am very grateful for the opportunity we had to enjoy the sensational structure of the place.

Kind and flexible host. Excellent accommodation, we went in 3 couples and there was one room left. Everything is perfect and I highly recommend it.

Excellent days of rest in the Furnas dam with the family. Quiet and beautiful place! Large house, spacious, with swimming pool and sauna. Integrated kitchen with barbecue, great place to cook among friends! Kind and helpful hostess. The city council has further improved the amenities to welcome us. I highly recommend it!

Arnaldo's place is very good. Kitchen very complete. 2 Good bathrooms. Excellent barbecue. 3 nice beds of couples in separate and other single rooms. Good covered garage. Closed plot with canvas, inclusive. The swimming pool answers. For those who like to fish, it is close to the dam. The house is all furnished and the TV is modern. Arnaldo is very attentive and cordial. Voltaria again.

The stay was perfect, beautiful, airy and very comfortable. Better impossible! Gabriel and Izabel super attentive. We loved everything, it was perfect! In a review I passed directly to the owner, I mentioned that it was the best house we have ever stayed in Capitólio to date. The house doesn't look like a vacation home, it looks like a HOME, everything is extremely clean and organized, the outside is super well maintained. Well-structured house with all the necessary kitchen utensils for the weekend, not to mention the sensational barbecue! We'll be back more often!

We loved our stay. The place is of unparalleled peace and beauty. Lots of contact with nature and all the practicality of an accommodation with a full kitchen. We had everything we needed and we even got fresh milk straight from the cow and a cheese made by Mrs. Edna that was delicious. We even helped take care of a newborn calf that needed assistance.❤ We had all the necessary information and more. Elizangela shared everything with us through WhatsApp, which made it much easier, with tips on places, tours, and tourist guides. We really liked Anderson, Elizangela's brother, who came by every day to clean the pool and told us some interesting stories.

Great location. Easy to access. Quiet place. The house is complete with all the utensils. The host gave excellent indications. It was wonderful to wake up and have the beautiful view from the side. In addition, we had privacy, we were not bothered by any noise or with the neighborhood. We recommend the house and we will definitely be back!!

As for communication with hostess, it was not legal. It takes time to respond. The listing is missing if it offers towels, sheets and pillows. The house is nice, comfortable. Need a curtain in the bathrooms. In addition, it met expectations well

Our experience in this stay was great! Even before arrival, the hostess proved receptive and made herself available to us to make the stay a success. In the house, we were greeted by Nei Nara with impeccable hospitality. She made sure that our stay was comfortable and pleasant, always available to meet any need, quickly answering our questions and assisting when necessary. The house is very beautiful, the towels and sheets were smelling and the cleaning of the pool was a highlight aside, they always cleaned early in the morning and filled the jacuzzi. The heated jacuzzi was another high point. The region itself is very beautiful and quiet, which complemented our experience. Undoubtedly one of the best stays we've ever had, with great value for money. We recommend for sure and look forward to coming back soon!

Mto safe and practical house. The city is quiet and the house is close to the center(busiest space). The rooms are good, the kitchen has a lot of things, it perfectly served my family. It doesn't have luxury as described on the listing, but it's very cozy. Sarah is great host, she put us at ease. I recommend this place

Danielle is extremely attentive and cares about the experience guests will have on site. We gave several local tips and contacts for tours in the area. The house exactly as in the facts . Clean, organized space. Instructions for clear check-in and check-out. The house is plenty of space. The outer and large area was clean, grass cut , barbecue area with fridge, freezer and other utensils. Our stay in Capitólio was perfect. In the next trip to the city, I'm sure I'll pick up Danielle's house. Very grateful for the affection and attention she had with me and my family .
