Arnaldo was very friendly and attentive in the whole process, from before our arrival, until our departure! Completely, extremely clean and organized apartment! Perfect garage, perfect lighting, flawless air conditioning, one of the best locations we've ever made, and we've been on the site from the beginning!

Our stay was great, the flat is as advertised with three suites that accommodated us very well. The Delma hostess was very friendly and helpful, she was always willing to help us. I would definitely stay in the apartment again, great cost-benefit.

The apartment is impeccable in all aspects. Since the time of arrival, it was possible to notice the care with the details, such as the pleasant aroma when opening the door. All the kitchen items were new and worked perfectly. In addition, there were basic items available, such as coffee, sugar, sweetener, salt and teas, which provided extra comfort after the trip.The property has air conditioning in the bedroom and living room, extremely clean and fragrant towels, shampoo, liquid soap, toilet paper and hair dryer in the bathroom. In the bedroom, the bedding was impeccable, including duvet and blankets, and the bed proved very comfortable. The presence of black-out curtains in both the bedroom and the living room ensured excellent rest nights. The photos of the ad faithfully represent the place, which is really beautiful and well taken care of. The host's service was exceptional, demonstrating attention to every detail and contributing to a unique experience. Without a doubt, it was perfect.

Good location, new apartment, as well as furniture, complete kitchen, Augusto was always receptive, indicated companies for the motorboat and 4x4 tours. When we arrived, he was in the building and welcomed us very well. I recommend and intend to come back more often

We went on this trip my husband and our two children pets stayed 3 days more amazing, no doubt the house of julinho was one of the best (if not the best), that we have already stayed. Easy and privileged location in the morning with the corner of countless passaries ,a sunrise and incredible sunset, the condominium has a garden and a perfect swimming pool, we do not use it but we enjoyed sunset we lay on the chairs and it was incredible. The house is exepcional , new and without useless things. Everything we really needed to make the meals had and even barbecue and backyard that was great , as we enjoyed a lot with pets. I just have to thank you for the amazing hospitality and for the wonderful days we have had, we will soon be back for more days. Thank you Julinho , God bless you, and prosper. :) And new guests go unafraid to find perfect , beautiful and clean lodging!

He even forwarded a pdf that contained useful information and tips on Capitol Hill and places to visit. Great value for money. Very good accommodation with everything we needed to spend the days in São Roque. The hosts are very attentive and the house is very clean and well located. Remember that São Roque is a small town and it is important to have a place to store and prepare food, as we will not always find restaurants and bars available. Thank you for everything, Poliana.

A little piece of heaven on earth. Literally this is the perfect description for this place. A place of tranquility, cozy, surrounded by a lot of green...an indescribable peace, great for those looking for tranquility and reconnecting. The site is close to the center of the city, about 5 min by car and there are other legal points there: the latícinio chagas, the quiet cachaçaria and the best a waterfall that has not been known for about 5 minutes walking from the site. The house is large and airy, and has accommodated our family well. San was super helpful, responded to messages quickly and recommended to us several local points and trades for us to enjoy. Renewed Energias! Super recommend and we intend to return!

What can I say about this space!! First of all, I would like to emphasise how BEAUTIFUL the view is and how good it is for the soul, 🌊🩵 both during the day with this enchanting lake and the mountains in the background, and also at night because we were grateful for an incredible full moon and reflecting on the lake is a spectacle 🫶 Great location, Marcus was friendly and helpful. GRATITUDE for these days of rest and peace 🙌 And Capitólio is a charming place, so much so that we are looking for a property there 🥰

It was very good these days, always responded quickly; the house is beautiful and quite complete with everything that is said in the description, the view is spectacular. Education and proactivity is very good, safe condominium, it was very worth it. I recommend to rest and rest!!

They are really approachable and flexible. The place was clean, new and neat. Facilities were well taken care of and the surroundings are amazing! My family had a blast! The condominium is very good, swimming pool and sauna are free. The house is cozy and has some basic utensils in the kitchen. The view is very beautiful too
