We really enjoyed our stay at Whit’s place. The apartment was spotless and the perfect size for two people. The bed was so comfortable and we had nice views of the surrounding area. The location was great, on the outskirts of downtown but still walking distance from all the major sites and restaurants. Whit was a responsive and helpful host, and we had no trouble checking in. We’d definitely stay here again.

This place exceeded expectations. It is well laid out, plenty of room, and very clean. It's in great shape with a fully stocked kitchen and even has a blender. We used the fireplace and there was lots of light with windows and two sliding doors to the balcony. It is a short walk to the chairlift which is a highlight. Also the newly renovated pool, hot tub and sauna were a convenient walk away and an enjoyable extra benefit.

Our condo lived up to the listing's description in every way. Everything was clean, neat and tidy when we arrived, the bathrooms (which appear to have been recently renovated) were spotless and the beds were outfitted with nice sheets and well made up. When we had trouble using the lock one time (our fault), management got back to us right away, notably, at 10pm on a Friday night. A great bonus was that our unit (29C) was literally right by a Snowmass Village bus stop, which was incredibly convenient.

Thanks Jeff for the great stay in Aspen. We loved having the ability to walk right to the lift and downtown. We parked in the garage and never moved the car. The convenience of being able to go skiing and then come back to have lunch was awesome!

Shawna is a great host and location cannot be better for those who want to ski. Aparment is charm and has everything. We'll come back again!

Josh was very responsive. He was able to accommodate our need for early check in and late check out. The location of this condo is unbeatable. In the middle of everything but cozy and quiet. Walk to everything! Will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay! The space itself was roomy for the four of us, the living area felt so cozy, the kitchen had all the cooking supplies we needed, and we loved the views from the balcony, bedroom and also coming from the front door! Host was super communicative from providing helpful instructions for check-in to being responsive with our requests. Also convenient and great for value to explore Snowmass, Aspen, Maroon Bells, Independence pass and the surrounding area. Would definitely come back!

The pictures don’t do it justice. The place is beautiful and very spacious. Comes with house cleaning and concierge downstairs. there is also breakfast downstairs to get something light before hitting the slopes. Location is excellent! It doesn’t get any better. I would definitely stay here again. Leila was very responsive. I had a great time!

great location, right across from City Market and Gondola. All shops and restaurants of Aspen are right outside the door. One very easy parking spot was available.

Another great stay at this Airbnb. It’s truly the best in Aspen. My wife and I always love staying here! It’s quickly becoming our second home. We’ve stayed here in the winter, summer, and fall there’s nothing like it. BG is a professional - he is responsive and communicates all of the directions clearly. The location of this condo is unbeatable. It’s right in town located near all of the best shoppes and restaurants. The condo is bright, large, and spacious. I look forward to coming back to Aspen and staying here in the fall!

I had not visited Aspen in 20 years but wanted to escape the Dallas heat! I loved the condo, which although small big enough for myself, friend and my precious cat...I especially loved the decor and quality of the cabinets, trimmings, a very warm ambience. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen had every appliance, utensil to prepare a gourmet meal. Ian was exceptionally helpful and responded to several requests.. These are super, caring hosts. Loved the location and architecture and well worth the price.. There is a complimentary car service in Aspen and the most I waited was 15 minutes and used it frequently. This condo is so well located and close to Carl's Pharmacy, many restaurants and gorgeous views of the mountains in the morning.. I loved the open windows and fresh air. You do not need to purchase bottle water because the tap is pure! I would not hesitate to book this dwelling. Thank you Emilie and Ian for a wonderful stay!

Of your looking for a reasonably priced place for 2 couples in Aspen - this checks all the boxes. Walking distance to downtown. Comfortable 2 bed 2 bath. Neat, clean and cozy. Gym, hot tub and pool. Boutique Mountain was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. I would definitely come back.

Fantastic place. Well kept. Easy walk to Village Express. Obviously a place the host takes good care of - not just a management run place. We LOVED the hot tub - just steps away and had it to ourselves the whole time. Will definitely book this again.

Susie was an incredible hostess!! Her home had so many amenities... I felt like I was staying in my own condo! She supplied wonderful little extras like fresh coffee/tea and spices and even much more luxurious elements like soft linens, full cotton towels, and even cleaning supplies (for neat freaks like me). The space is perfectly decorated to feel spacious even though it's only a one bedroom. One of my local girl friends slept on the pull-out and said it was comfy too (a feat that's typically impossible ). From hangers, to bath goods, to first aid- she's thought of it aIl. The proximity to the RFTA access and the parking directly in front of the unit, make travel and unloading easy. My only criticism has nothing to do with Susie as a hostess- the association needs more enforcement with their management in clearing snow up at the pool/hot tub, around the public amenities, and in the parking lot. Other than that- this place is absolutely fabulous! I WILL BE BACK!!

Our stay in this condo was fantastic. Brilliant location, so easy to find as you come into Aspen and it's located right at the end of the road next to the river. So private and secluded but just 10 minutes easy walking into the centre of Aspen for access to bars, restaurants, the Gondola etc. The presentation was first class, everything as described and better. Nothing was overlooked, the rooms spotless and we felt at home as soon as we entered. Having breakfast each morning sitting on the balcony overlooking the river was amazing. Definitely recommend and if we ever visit Aspen again, we'll be sure to look this place up. 5 stars to Ali too who was very proactive, super responsive and made our stay all the more enjoyable.

Spacious 2bd/2bath with all of the amenities needed for a comfortable 5-day stay. Short walk to the mountain base area. Parking included is a huge bonus. Overall excellent unit and would stay again.

Tim’s place was perfect! We can’t wait to come back. Close to the downtown scene, easy bus access to all the mountains, and perfect layout. The apartment was exactly as described and had everything we needed to enjoy our trip for the week. Highly recommend for your Aspen stay!

Excellent communication with host. No issue finding parking. Beds all comfortable. Plenty of items in kitchen to prepare meals with. Very close to bus depot for mountain-to-mountain transportation. Very close to Gondola. Walkable to Aspen shops and restaurants. Hot tub and pool both perfect temperatures. Will definitely rent this location again.

Loved our stay! Had a minor hiccup but Nicole was extremely responsive and quick to help. 5 stars would definitely recommend staying here if you’re in aspen. Beds are comfortable, it’s quiet and cozy and you truly cannot beat the location! Walkable to everything in town. Will definitely be back!

The condo is located in an excellent location on the river, close to core of Aspen. We loved our short stay and appreciate Ian accommodating us on short notice.
