Wonderful "new" apartment of 100m2, located on the 6th floor with elevator, in the best location in Valdivia, overlooking the Calle Calle River, in front of the pedestrian waterfront of Arturo Prat Avenue. A perfect starting point to get to know the city of Valdivia and its surroundings, including parking in the building and private access.

Rental cottage with access to the Calle Calle river, has a shared dock with guests of the main house. The cottage is 15 km from Valdivia in the Huellelhue sector (15 to 20 minutes drive). The cabin has wood heating (slow fuel). There is also the possibility of using double kayaking.
