Our new little house is perfect for 2 adults and 2 children. We don't have everything you need for a stress-free stay. Quiet location of the garden colony, the proximity of the river, and almost 100% darkness to make your sleep more comfortable. We can rent a canoe, paddle board, or 2 bicycles for free. Evenings can be spent by the fire pit, or by the wide-angle TV for a movie. The stay can also be revived by a record player that reminds you of the old times. In good weather, we rent our motorboat, which can be driven by anyone. Dogs are welcome.

The apartment is located in a house on the edge of a field, which guarantees unique views and a quiet environment. At the same time, it is just a short walk to Písek, where you can find cafes, restaurants, and other services.

The original vaulted ceilings have been preserved, and all rooms have solid wooden floors. Two terraces contribute to the comfort and, in bad weather, outdoor barbecuing and fire under the roof in the renovated barn, and in the heat, an outdoor shower with water from the well. A toy room is available (also for adults). Possible to use the garden for camping or sleeping alfresco. We are not luxury, we are a cottage fine :-)

A ladder leads from the kitchen to a duplex open bedroom with two futun beds. The bedroom is located on the ground floor, next to the bathroom. In the dining room there is a large wooden table where you can play board games.

With a private entrance directly from the street, you can get to your kingdom with a comfortable bed (180cm), a sofa bed (120cm) that can be used as an additional place to sleep. You can spend a long time with O2 TV or playing board games. The window is into the road, but we have high quality windows, so if you don't have hearing as a lynx, you'll sleep in peace even if there's an outdoor concert in the pub opposite. The house is located in the village of Protivin nearby Pisek city and has many activities to offer for your holiday (bike trips, crocodiles zoo, ...)
