In summer, the air conditioning will cool you down, and in winter, you will enjoy the warmth and romance by the fireplace. In front of the house you will find a seating area with a barbecue where you can enjoy summer evenings with family or friends. For children and adults, there is a private playground for ball games and a children's playground. And if the weather permits, you can take a ride on the river on our motorboat.

A ladder leads from the kitchen to a duplex open bedroom with two futun beds. The bedroom is located on the ground floor, next to the bathroom. In the dining room there is a large wooden table where you can play board games.
