The bed is very comfortable, and the living room, with its cozy set of sofas, is perfect for relaxation. The view from the balcony is ideal for enjoying an evening beer. The garden in the compound is also great. Host: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Hakeem, the host, is very professional and always checking to ensure evereything is perfect. Summary: Don’t look for other places.

This is the second time and it certainly won't be the last. Mr. Saman is very helpful and always available. The house is comfortable and you feel at home.

A lovely and cozy place! Gashaw was incredibly communicative and professional, providing all the support and assistance we needed. The flat is spacious and well-equipped with everything you might need, including two bathrooms and a fast elevator. Hasan was a great host who was helpful with advice about Erbil and how to get around. He also helped with my arrival which was very welcome. The apartment was exactly what I wanted and was a perfect base from which to explore the city. Hasan's hospitality was what made the trip, and I would recommend his properties to others without hesitation.

My stay at Ibrahim’s place was absolutely wonderful! The apartment was spotless, well-decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect in Empire City where a lot of nice restaurants and cafes only a walk distance. Ibrahim was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making sure I had everything I needed.
