Beautiful, relaxing place to stay! My family really enjoyed staying here, we will definitely booking here again when we come back to Galveston Island!

Great host , clean home

So much available to keep 3 active grandkids busy having fun, boat parking availability, TV’s for the sports watching group, close to beach and stores and bait/seafood should it be needed. Very comfortable! Especially Happy Hours on the upper deck. Mark our host helped above and beyond and was extremely responsive. Thanks, Mark

Loved this Airbnb! Very coastal and clean! Favorite perk was the covered patio/hot tub ! Fur babies loved the fenced yard! Will definitely rent again!!

Best oasis in Texas!!!!! Amazing spot directly on the beach, breathtaking views from multiple balconies for every guest to enjoy, with open entertaining layout inside for our family game nights. Loved the peacefulness being away from the crowded public beaches and having our private beach access. This was a surprise beach retreat to get grandparents, siblings, & our family all together for a fun/ relaxing beach vacation…. PERFECTION!!!!!! We also loved taking the kids to the Rainforest Cafe, aquarium, and mini golf but also going shopping at the outlet mall. Best part of all was that EVERYONE in our family was able to enjoy being together on vacation, including our dog. He loved running around the beach, jumping into waves, & napping in the sun. Highly recommended!!!!!

We’ve stayed at many locations from ABB. This place had unmatched hospitality, toiletries, and conveniences. We have a house in the same neighborhood but when it was full needed a place to go. The fishing was awesome right of the back canal. The fenced dog run made the stay very accommodating to our French Bulldogs. 10/10 review from us. We will definitely be back. The owners are very relaxed and just made it easy to enjoy. Best holiday ever!!

Our group loved the common areas in this home! Very spacious and comfortable. One thing that could have made our stay a bit better was night stands and an accessible closet in the second bedroom. We had to put our things on the floor, but overall it was a small issue.

Absolutely wonderful very peaceful just what we needed. Loved that we could walk outside on the back deck and fish. Had a great time thank you!

great place to stay if your going to Galveston. if we cruise out of Galveston we would use this unit again of available.

Pam was super attentive and kind. There was a storm that came in the night we did and Pam was very friendly and made sure we were okay. Her guesthouse was very cozy, private, and had everything we could need.

This place is awesome, it's close to everything, within walking distance, don't have to pay to park your vehicle you can just walk, clean place and very nice people!

We had a great stay for a long weekend, over Easter, with our two young kids. Kathy was extremely communicative and provided easy instructions! We had no issues with check in. The place was extremely clean and had everything we needed. The beach was just a quick walk across the street. The pool was very loud, but the security guard was great about making sure people were quiet and out of the pool at 10pm. Overall a great value for a quick getaway. Lived up to all of my expectations! Thank you Kathy!

We had such an amazing stay. Karlsen’s place was within walking distance of so many restaurants and activities and the place was so cute and amazing, too! We came with our dog too and he had such a blast and felt right at home. We will definitely be coming here again 🩷

We had two couples come for a 4-night stay. Hosts were fabulous with check-in information and local information. The Gulf is right across the highway. We came in May and plenty of parking at our residence. There are a few restaurants/donut shops within walking distance (we were comfortable with a mile+ walk). We ran along the Gulf and felt safe. It did rain for half of our trip but there was plenty to do in the area despite the weather . We sat by the pool with a view of the Gulf. We didn’t use any of the other amenities. Hosts were fabulous. We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend!

The place was just so pleasant! Loved the location and atmosphere! This is our second trip to Galveston for a cruise, and our second time at this fabulous place. Would definitely recommend staying there again.

We had a great stay at this condo over Mother’s Day weekend! This condo is perfect if you’re looking for hotel amenities, but want more space and flexibility than a hotel can offer. Plus, it’s great not having to cross the busy seawall road to get to the beach. Sitting up on the balcony of the 6th floor condo watching and listening to the waves was bliss. We will be back!
