Modern apartment with sea view

Super cosy apartment with a great view and remote working space area located on 19th floor of 20 story premium building. Only two dollars away from the city center with an uber while nearest metro station is 15 min away with walk. Brand new Gym and big supermarket in the area of residental complex and large playground designed for the families with kids. two large park nearby one of them is the biggest of the town. Great option for long term stays in a secure area with 24 hours cam surveillance.

Our modern spacious flat is exactly what you need to have a great time in Baku! It is just 1 minute away from bus station and 2 minutes away (by bus) from metro stations which can take you anywhere (one-way ticket costs only $0.20 in both metro). The apartment is 5 minutes walk from the Neftcilar metro station. From the Neftciler metro station to the city center you can rich just for 20 minutes by underground. Near the metro station, has Bank where you exchange your money, also on the other side of the road you can buy garments from shops. Also near the Neftciler Mall have many restaurants. From the Neftciler station on the road toward the apartment, you can visit a shopping mall, two big supermarkets, tea houses, and Bakeshop.

Дом полностью обустроен как для долговременного проживания так и для отпуска. Для иностранных гостей можем предложить трансфер из/в аэропорт. До центра города 30 минут на автомобиле. Во дворе имеется летняя беседка с зоной барбекю. Дом построен в 2022 году, свежий ремонт и новая мебель. Всегда рады гостям!

The house was just as described. Although some minor issues arose, as soon as we contacted Xamis, he promptly came and resolved them. The location of the house is excellent, making it ideal for relaxation during the summer months.

Irada's place is peaceful and surrounded with beautiful pomegranate and their family historical fig tree. our host was always responsive and very kind. She infact gave us fig jam that she made from the tree in the garden. The home was spotless and clean. It has all amenities we needed and was just perfect. we took morning walk at the Caspian sea which is walkable. Nearby restaurants are either sea breeze or Masaram plaza. Bolt was available though.

Maryaam is very responsive and caring host. The place is located at a fantastic location. Under the apartment building there is a mart “OBA Market”. Her place was also super clean. Thanks a lot for giving us such a comfortable stay Maryaam.

house by the sea on deniz street with transfer

The description of the villa fully corresponds to reality. Everything is very comfortable, clean, there are good equipped free beaches - 10 minutes walk in walking distance. There are great paid beaches - but you will need to go there. There are restaurants. The host met at the airport, hosted. Helped me buy groceries on the day of arrival. Showed the neighborhood. Very hospitable, attentive and correct. Thank you so much for a pleasant and comfortable stay! I want to return!

Cozy 5 bedroom villa with an amazing pool

My family (including 4 young children) had an amazing time at Kanan's house. Everything was ready at the check-in, both check-in and checkouts were flexible which is highly appreciated when with small children. My family has fallen in love with the garden, the pool and the summer kitchen area. Everything was made to enjoy time together and make great memories. The house was very large, with ACs and all appliences needed. Kids especially loved the toys and Kanan has gone above and beyond with kids toys, so they have fun! Kanan was super quick to respond, always super helpful and clear communication. His dad who we've also met was also delightful gentleman to communicate with. The place is in a quiet area, among families. Taxi can be ordered via yango app, food delivery oj wolt also works to the house. Mardakan has few interesting restaurants and of course Baku is not far. Mynrecommendation for travelling families is to hire car rental, as we found some taxis refusing to take stroller.

Besthome/Cottage Rentals

Great space! Perfect for hanging out and relaxing. Hosts were always very quick to respond and help however possible. We loved it and so did our dog :)
