Joana is very helpful, she helped us with everything we needed, very friendly, the Flat is well equipped, cozy and clean, not to mention the structure of the condominium, a good swimming pool, kids space, restaurant, pool bar, game room, and there is also the water park Aldeias das Águas, I recommend visiting, we loved the stay and will certainly return!!!!

Marcos and Paula are very attentive and available to resolve any unforeseen issues. We were very pleased with the accommodation and the condominium premises!

The hostess was very helpful from the conversations before the booking was confirmed to the time of checkout. The flat is beautiful and super functional. We found the clean and smelling rooms. The kitchenware and appliances make a difference. I couldn't take advantage of all the condo amenities due to lack of time. But the pool really pleased my little daughter. We will come back for sure.

The stay was peaceful, good for resting. Our intention was to stay close to Aldeia das Águas park for a walk, which we achieved. It is a pity that the exits to the park from inside the hotel were blocked, making it necessary to go through the main entrance on the street. But it's a quiet and quick walk. The hotel has amenities for a good family rest. The apartment meets basic needs, although it does not have a stove, you can prepare quick snacks in the microwave and air fryer. There's not much to do around the city, just the park.

We really liked Carlos' apartment. The host was very helpful as I was in need of a place in the city due to a medical emergency. He quickly put the property in good condition. Very clean, new and good quality place, both in the kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms. Great quality bed and bath linens. The apartment, although it has no air-conditioning, has good ceiling fans and is well ventilated, with morning sun. The Internet provided is very stable. The host was always present, guiding us on the questions that arose and on places for tours and meals. You can see in the details, the host's care and whim, with the guests and the apartment. I highly recommend Carlos' apartment and I will certainly return.

I had already stayed a few years ago in the flats of Aldeia das Águas and this time I stayed through the airbnb platform, I confess that I liked it much more, because the apartment was fully prepared for 5 people, with all the appliances shown in the photo and a large refrigerator, which is very important for those traveling with the family. I really liked it and certainly, if I return to Aldeia das Águas, I will stay in Idel's apartment again. Thank you so so much!
