CASA PÉ NA AREIA - Semi-private beach, calm sea

Come and spend a few days in the coziness and the tranquility that only a house on the beach can offer. Simple house but complete on the general street with a grocery store at 50 mts. It's not a place for parties or events. The beach has no exit to the street, it is for you. The land has two independent houses, you are on the ground floor, at the height of the beach, with the garage and the balcony with a barbecue grill. The upper house gets used to being uninhabited, when someone is an elderly couple.

The house is set in a charming quiet forest and hidden from the hustle and bustle, where we have the privilege of listening to the pleasant sound of birds of the region, with the nature around it and a beautiful view of the sea. At 50 mtrs from the house there is a market, an excellent bakery, restaurants for lunch and dinner, pizzerias, more ahead there are food trucks with live music and children's playground, gas station, banks.
