Fuxiao Building is located in a 6th floor elevator apartment, close to Hengchun Old Street, next to a shopping mall and market, and easy to park. The apartment is close to Starbucks and McDonald's on the provincial highway, and it is very convenient to travel north and south, whether you are going to Kenting Street or Manchuria Jialesui. The apartment has a large balcony in front and back, bright and spacious, the living room faces Hengchun Guanshan (west) with a large floor-to-ceiling window and an open outdoor balcony, where you can watch the sunset. The kitchen and dining room face Chiniu Mountain (East) and have a large indoor balcony (laundry and drying room), an ensuite (with bathroom), two elegant rooms, a shared bathroom, and fully equipped kitchen and dining room.
