Appx 800 sf, Side A is charming and beautifully furnished for two guests, with a living room, gorgeous king bedroom, full bath w claw foot tub, and well-appointed kitchenette w mini ref-freezer, microwave, smart oven, kitchen utensils and serving pieces. The sunroom, great for board games and leads to an outdoor area with a small fire pit (weather and law permitting). Two entrances allows for two totally private rentals in the home by sharing a main wall with doors that lock from both sides.
