Le gîte se situe en plein cœur du vignoble, à 4 km de la bastide de Sainte-Foy-la-Grande construite au 13ème siècle sur les rives de la Dordogne, permettant baignades et activités nautiques; et à seulement 15 minutes de Duras et son château médiéval classé monument historique.

Charming suite between Périgord and Bordeaux

We invite you in our lovely suite in the south of France. Used before by our children we now would like to share it with new guests. You will have your own access to the house and can independently enjoy the garden, terrasse and our little pond during your stay. A shared Kitchen/fridge and private bathroom and will be available. 2 min (car) and 20 min (afoot) away from the city center/train station, the location is perfect for day trips in the Perigord or in Bordeaux's vineyard.

Within a wine estate, nice cottage located on the 1st floor with separate entrance, adults without children or babies. Access to the swimming pool and beautiful walks. Located on the heights of Ste Foy la Grande close to shops and its famous market, many tourist visits, Saint Emilion, Château de Duras, Montbazillac. Lovely gîte for two adults only, in a century-old house near Ste Foy la Grande in the heart of a vineyard with a swimming pool. Private entrance to the apartment.

Ideally located between Bergerac and Saint-Emilion, in a green environment, come and discover this pleasant 63 m2 accommodation, adjoining but independent of our house. It is level on the edge of the swimming pool which you can enjoy from June to September or even October depending on the weather (not heated). Located at the gates of Dordogne, this small 32 m2 house is composed of 2 rooms, a living room with TV, a kitchen equipped with gas hobs and an electric combined oven, a bedroom with its small bathroom and non-separate toilet. You also have a semi-covered terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers and barbecue, all on a private and fenced plot. This cottage is located at the entrance of our property and therefore shares the pathway.
