Great stay, spacious and really close to city center and the beach!

This was a magical experience. I cannot imagine a kinder and more helpful host than Kevin, and I can’t imagine a more magical location. Great advice on things to do in the area and incredibly helpful in terms of getting us oriented and “plugged in” in Capestrano.

Great, quiet place where you can completely relax. Sun loungers and a hammock next to the fruit orchard, mountains as a view, visits from a red kite and collared redstarts for bird lovers, firefly show in the evening and a pygmy owl in the distance. Those who love nature will love this place. The bed is wonderful, the shutters make the rooms nice and dark, screens are attached everywhere, the shower is a bit small for tall Dutch people like us. Lina and Mario were super helpful and communicative. Villages in the area are nice to visit. Don't expect large crowds of tourists, you can visit ruins on your own (in June at least). Some roads in the area chosen by navigation are 'adventurous' to drive. The main roads are easy to do.

The arrangement was very easy, Vittorio went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed on our trip. He is very sweet and incredibly helpful. The three of you had a lot of space in the apartment and it was very nicely furnished. Especially the private terrace is huge and really pretty! Vittorio is a great host and I would come back anytime!

Great place! Location is close to perfect and the nearby cafes are not a nuisance. The apartment stays cool at all times. Very cozy and absolutely recommended!

The Pink House was perfect for our family of 5! We all had a nice quiet clean bedroom and the most equipped Airbnb kitchen ever! There is a lovely back terrace and room to dry clothes. Mairi was a very helpful host with so many suggestions on local gems (there are endless options for hikes and activities and of course dining as well!). She was very responsive and made us feel welcome. We enjoyed lake Scanno and visiting family in Pacentro which is breathtaking! Thank you for having us!

We had a brief stay at Piera and Nico's beautiful beach house, and we wish it had been longer! The home itself was lovely, clean, had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and cozy. It was a very private location, very large yard and patio space, and exceptional views of the sea. We accessed the "secret" tunnel many times to get to the beach, and it was a favorite with my little boys. We cooked many meals in the kitchen, and used the charcoal grill. Both Piera and Nico were very responsive if we had any questions or if anything came up. Great hosts! The surrounding villages were full of character, and were less than 45 minute drive. Some were even as close as 15 to 20 minutes away. So much local charm, beautiful vistas, delicious cappuccinos, and incredible history. We never swam in the ocean, because it was too cold, but we did hang out at the beach. A lot of places were closed down by the beach, but others were open in town. Highly recommend this place!

Mireia was available for dialogue right away and was attentive to any needs even if not physically present. Nothing to complain about and the cottage, although on three floors, is cozy and gives a family feeling. Surrounded by greenery, it enjoys a lot of tranquility.

What can I say... it's hard to find the words to describe our experience at Casa di Mario, which was a wonderful surprise. The house is exactly as described: super clean and with everything you need (what you can't find: ask and it will be given to you). The thing that cannot be explained in words is the emotion of being, in a moment, welcomed into the family: that you relax in the energetic peace of the countryside or find yourself playing with the kittens of the house or chatting with people you feel dear even if you have just met them, perhaps sipping a homemade limoncello, hidden among the leaves of the pepper tree in the twilight magic of the evening. This, for me, is the profound meaning of "bed and breakfast": sharing, even if for a short time, life with someone who until yesterday was a stranger but when you leave, will be part of you. Graziella and Angelo are wonderful people who fully reflect the meaning of their names! Thank you: we will meet again.

We had a great stay at Robert and Joanna's guest house. We were warmly welcomed and immediately felt at home. They even provided some treats from their own garden. The accommodation is exactly as advertised and the view is possibly even better. We enjoyed the serenity and the beautiful scenery. Perfect to discover Monti Sibillini and go for a hike. You will also find several cosy villages nearby, like Penna San Giovanni and Sarnano. We would definitely come again!

We spent seven weeks in Franco's loft house. Everything was perfect! The place is extremely quiet and the views are breathtaking. Franco is a discreet but extremely available and responsive host. Communication was excellent before our arrival and throughout the stay. Montesilvano Colle is a very pretty village and it is the starting point for many walks, each more wonderful than the last. One thing is certain: if we can return to this accommodation, we won't hesitate for a second!

Antonio and Simona are fantastic hosts! Thoughtful and attentive, they made us feel at home. Upon our arrival we found fresh drinks in the fridge, a really nice house, complete with every comfort and large and very clean spaces. Very comfortable beds, choice of pillows between different types, detergents for personal and home hygiene. The terrace that runs around the property is beautiful and guarantees a cool house even without using the air conditioner, which is still present and working in the accommodation. The convenience of the parking space on the waterfront and the beach equipment that the hosts make available are a further welcome plus. An honorable mention goes to the helpfulness, kindness, and hospitality of Antonio, Simona and their beautiful daughters: we spent two weeks in their home and were treated as old friends, not as guests. We'll always carry them in our hearts. We really recommend their home. We'll be back for sure.

Lovely 2 days with Adriano. He's such a lovely man. Lovely evenings on the shady terrace which was very needed as the temp was in the middle 30s. car parking spot also. He has thought of everything to make your stay a happy one. Thank you.

Accommodation corresponding to the description, in a great location (convenient to the motorway toll booth, near a supermarket and with a few bars a few steps away where you can have breakfast, free parking available in the street), equipped with everything you need! I found the price of the mandatory cleaning excessive, but I can say that it was very clean! Communication with the host was essential and effective! The apartment is generally quiet, equipped with shutters, mosquito nets and air conditioning that allows you to adequately cool the bedrooms! Overall, I am satisfied and would gladly return!

Roberto and Sandra were impeccable in everything! My nephew and I felt at home, sunny, empathetic and super helpful people, what can I say, really extraordinary! I highly recommend it, very nice place, very clean house and equipped with all comforts! They recommended places to visit, very good clubs and restaurants in the area! Marco was immediately available for all our requests, his hospitality made our stay even more pleasant. The apartment, in a great location, allowed us to get around entirely on foot. We stayed in 5 people and this was not a problem at all, the apartment is very comfortable and comfortable, really clean and tastefully furnished. We will definitely be back!!!!
