Beachfront holiday rental in Pineto

Wir waren im Mai bei Alfredo zu Gast. Zu dieser Zeit sind die Strände noch sehr leer aber wir konnten schon Sonnenschirm und Sonnenliegen gleich um die Ecke am Strand mieten. Die Wohnung von Alfredo ist für 2 Personen gut geeignet. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Montesilvano. Vielen Dank

We had a brief stay at Piera and Nico's beautiful beach house, and we wish it had been longer! The home itself was lovely, clean, had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and cozy. It was a very private location, very large yard and patio space, and exceptional views of the sea. We accessed the "secret" tunnel many times to get to the beach, and it was a favorite with my little boys. We cooked many meals in the kitchen, and used the charcoal grill. Both Piera and Nico were very responsive if we had any questions or if anything came up. Great hosts! The surrounding villages were full of character, and were less than 45 minute drive. Some were even as close as 15 to 20 minutes away. So much local charm, beautiful vistas, delicious cappuccinos, and incredible history. We never swam in the ocean, because it was too cold, but we did hang out at the beach. A lot of places were closed down by the beach, but others were open in town. Highly recommend this place!

Die Wohnung wirkte komplett frisch. Renoviert. Es war alles da, was gebraucht wurde. Wichtig war die Aircon, die bei der Hitze äußerst angenehm war. Alles wirkte fast neu und super sauber. Für vier Personen empfehlenswert, nicht weit vom Strand und von der Strandpromenade mit Restaurants entfernt. Auch der Nahe Bahnhof stört nicht. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert.

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end à Pescara entre amies, et ce logement était tout simplement parfait ! Très spacieux, impeccable au niveau de la propreté, et idéalement situé à deux pas du centre-ville et de la plage. Cinzia, a été adorable du début à la fin : très sympathique, disponible, et toujours prête à donner de bons conseils, notamment sur les restaurants et les endroits à ne pas manquer. Elle nous a vraiment facilité le séjour. Je recommande ce logement les yeux fermés! Encore merci pour tout 🥰

Appartamento piccolo e stupendo, provvisto di tutto il necessario. Pulitissmimo e attrezzato per ogni eventualità. A due passi dal mare, dal centro, da tutto. Arredamento splendido. Mi sono sentito a casa. Host gentilissimo e disponibile Se dovessi tornare a Pescara spero di poter .tornare qui. Grazie!

Sandra was an amazing host, very helpful, kind and accommodating. She looked after us, and helped with any questions and recommendations. Sandra always responded very quickly and made us feel very at home in her Airbnb. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, despite it being quite quiet at this time of year.

Our family of 4 had a great stay with a beautiful, clean and spacious home. Stunning views of the beach located across the street. Great shopping and restaurants all within walking distance. Marco was an amazing host and always readily available, when needed. We had a wonderful vacation in this home.

In vacanza nel giugno 2024 negli appartamenti di Mikaela. Mi è piaciuta molto la posizione: probabilmente non esiste spiaggia migliore di Tortoretto. L'appartamento è luminoso, non caldo e dotato di tutto il necessario. Mikaela, grazie per la bella vacanza!

L'Host Alessandro è stato fin da subito disponibile a rispondere alle nostre richieste e a fornire informazioni utili al soggiorno. Ci ha fatto addirittura trovare una specialità dolciaria del posto (Bocconotti) come benvenuto. L'appartamento era pulito e ben arredato provvisto di tutti i confort. Alessandro ci ha inoltre omaggiato, addirittura, di una lattina di olio di sua produzione. In poche parole ci ha fatto sentire come a casa nostra. Ottima esperienza !!!! Consigliatissimo !!!!!

Where can I start...loved it, loved it, loved it! So much so that we asked to stay an extra night. The whole place is spotless, the grounds are beautiful and the staff makes you feel at home. Having the use of bycicles was very handy to get around too. Thank you, Village Tibiceco!

Gianluca’s place was perfect for our stay we had everything we needed. We especially loved the very spacious terrace, the pool was amazing and the grounds and the surrounding area was fantastic! Parking was easy, and local shops, bars and restos easy as well. The space is ground floor super easy with a baby! Desi who is manager for check in was absolutely amazing and very helpful. Would recommend this place 10/10! Thanks for the stay would love to come back!

Non potevamo scegliere posto migliore - se siete in cerca di un appartamento a Pineto che sia vicino al centro e in prossimità del mare, questo è l'alloggio perfetto!

Die Wohnung und die Terrasse waren sehr schön. Nur ein Katzensprung vom Meer entfernt. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden immer wieder gern kommen.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in der Wohnung in Pescara! Von Anfang an haben wir uns wie zu Hause gefühlt – die Unterkunft ist nicht nur geschmackvoll eingerichtet und perfekt gelegen, sondern auch absolut makellos sauber. Alles war bis ins Detail durchdacht, es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Man merkt einfach, wie viel Liebe und Sorgfalt in dieser Wohnung steckt. Schon der erste Kontakt mit Enrico – beim Schreiben und Buchen – hat perfekt funktioniert. Die Kommunikation war super freundlich, schnell und zuverlässig. Während unseres Aufenthalts hat Enrico uns außerdem mit großartigen Tipps versorgt, die unseren Urlaub noch besser gemacht haben – ob Restaurants, Strände oder kleine Geheimtipps in der Umgebung: Alles war einfach nur mega hilfreich! Ein ganz großes Dankeschön an Enrico – er ist wirklich ein absoluter Superhost! Wenn ihr Luxus und Ruhe für einen tollen Preis am Meer genießen wollt, dann seid ihr hier genau richtig. Das Apartment war das schönste, was wir während unserer Zeit in Italien je gesehen haben. Wir haben uns direkt wie zuhause gefühlt und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Der Balkon ist ein absolutes Highlight. Marcello ist der netteste und hilfsbereiteste Gastgeber gewesen. Er war stets erreichbar, hat uns sehr viele Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben und war im Allgemeinen sehr zuvorkommend. Wir freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Besuch in Martinsicuro!

Güzel bir banyosu ve büyük bir balkonu var.Evin konumu çok iyi ,sahilde ve şehir merkezine 3km yakınlıkta. Ama merkeze hiç ihtiyaç duymadık. Eve 1 km mesafede süpermarket var. Etrafta 5 dk yürüme mesafesinde Dondurmacilar,pizzacilar ve kahve icebileceginiz güzel mekanlar var. İtalya nin muhteşem doğasına hayran kaldık.Tekrar gelmeyi diliyoruz

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung in einer großartigen Umgebung. Sehr nah am Meer und mitten im Ortszentrum. Vom Flughafen 20 min mit dem Bus entfernt - sonst sind keine Verkehrsmittel nötig, da alles was man braucht & anschauen möchte (Museen, etc.) fußläufig erreichbar ist. In der Wohnung war alles was wir benötigten an Handtüchern, Bettzeug, Küchenutensilien & gutem WLAN. Eine Empfehlung für alle, die abseits der großen Städte etwas italienischen Flair erleben möchten :)
