Powell Park is about 1.5 miles away where you can launch your boat for a fee, rent pontoons, and enjoy a swimming area for the whole family. Other boat ramp options available in area too. Note: our washing machine only has cold water.

We are in the center of town, so the rumble of the sawmill and occasionally the train can be heard.
