The Arriero cabin is in La Loma de Thoreau, Quintas del Bosque, 940 meters above sea level and in the heart of the Dominican Central Cordillera. We dedicate it to Henry David Thoreau (1817-1862), because he and his writings are the ones who have most inspired us to lead the lifestyle we choose.
