The house is large, with its high ceilings on the ground floor, which gives it more coolness in the summer, and a sensation of amplitude. It is a cozy space and neighborhood, close to the center (350 m). It is also 18.9 km from the beach of Sa Ràpita, 28.4 km from Es Trenc, 18.9 km from the airport, and 27.7 km from the center of Palma. It is for a quiet holiday, since neighbors work in the mornings.

Esta es una casa pequeña , bien cuidada con una acogedora sala de estar abierta. Tiene una cocina con zona de comedor y de relajación junto a la chimenea. Una pequeña escalera empinada de madera conduce al desván abierto de arriba con dos camas. La terraza te invita a una zona de comedor compartida al aire libre y a un refrescante chapuzón en la piscina aislada entre pinos y olivos. Situada en la carretera rural de Algaida-Pina y debido a su ubicación céntrica se llega en sólo 25 min. a Palma.

Located in the rural inland setting of the Pla de Mallorca, and far from any tourist center. The house and patio have been carefully restored to recreate the original architecture, and provide an ideal location from which to explore rural Mallorca. On the ground floor there is a large sitting room with wood-burning stove; and separate dining room and kitchen. Upstairs there is one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, a dressing room. The main bathroom with shower and toilet is on the same floor.

Establecimiento con licencia. Alojamiento rústico en el centro de la isla. Lugar paradisíaco, muy tranquilo, aunque muy bien comunicado, a 20' de las playas más bonitas de la isla, y a 25´del aeropuerto. Sin contaminación lumínica, ideal para observar las estrellas en una noche clara. Rodeado de árboles y bosques, se escuchan infinidad de pájaros y otros animales. Se pueden dar románticos paseos alrededor de la finca, así como hacer deporte con inmejorables vistas.

But you will actually not want to leave NIU at all, because it is so cozy.
