Located 7 km from Piumhi, the headquarters house of the JC-Araras farm has 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, kitchen and kitchenette, balcony, with a wood stove and barbecue. Ribeirão Araras crosses a good part of the farm, thus creating several points conducive to cooling down. The water used, in the headquarters house, comes from a spring brought by a hose and a water region that passes behind the house. Simple, bucolic place.
