Since we use the apartment sometimes, our stuff is here too. The kitchen is fully equipped including food for cooking and is fully available to you. The apartment is quietly located within easy reach of public transportation, shopping malls and Borsky Park, which is perfect for walks or picnics. It has a private outdoor parking space.

Spacious luxury apartment in the city centre

Enjoy Pilsen from our luxurious apartment Petakovka. Petakovka is located 8 mins walk from the main square, 3 mins from lively Americka street. The apartment was newly built on the top of the older building so it is new and it was never used before. Petakovka accommodates up to six adults, so it is excellent option for groups of friends or bigger families. But if it is only two or three of you, you can easily stay just downstairs in the master bedroom and not use two bedrooms upstairs.

I felt comfortable in the little cottage all around. It is something special, such a house of straw and clay. My granddaughter said it was like a fairy tale. It is wonderful to live in a small space. In the evening, I sat on the step at the entrance to the house and watched the birds. I 🍓 shared my with the blackbirds. They were there every night. I thoroughly enjoyed the time. Absolutely loved it! For someone looking for peace of mind this is absolute heaven. Haven’t slept this good in years. And the place is just super cute vintage. Created with love, care and aesthetics. Absolutely outstanding! Just make sure to check the bus situation or take a Bolt if you don’t have a car, because google maps told me about a bus stop that didn’t exist.
