Zuzana is a great host and her apartment is absolutely spotless clean, very nicely setup and in a great part of town. Morning sun in one window and afternoon sun in the other side. The location is top, slightly out of the main area which makes it quiet at night, but still easily walkable to everything. If you are working and travelling like ai was this apartment is very well setup with 2x comfortable workspaces. 100% recommend

The place was great. Everything was as described. Miroslav and the other staff of the facility were super friendly. Everything was extremely clean and tidy. Everything is perfect, we will be happy to come back.

we had a nice stay at jiris, in the middle of the pedestrianzone with lots of bars and restaurants within 5mins of walking and many options to shop, also for groceries. the appartement is very nice to come together in the kitchen/livingroom and the space of the beedrooms is really well used with the second level for sleeping. we also thought that the two toilets were very important and useful if you stay there with a larger group.

A fabulous apartment and hosts! It's in the middle of the touristic center, but as it's a "penthouse" and there are no beer-bars under the buildings, it feels very private. Be ready to make 130 steps up, which makes it an amazing cardio! There was a smart TV where I was able to add my Google account so my parents were able to watch their favorite movies on YouTube. The apartment basically had everything we needed. I'm very satisfied!

Everything went perfectly!

This cottage is beautiful both outside and inside, with a large spacious green garden where you can spend time with family, friends and pets. We enjoyed a beautiful rainy weekend with a rally in the whole area, which the owner had no chance to influence. The premises are also equipped for large groups (family celebrations). Everything is cozy and really practically equipped (kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, and garden). Beautiful, diverse nature in the surroundings. Thank you :)

We've been there for the second time now because the house is just magical. It is sparkling clean and equipped with all you need. We enjoy the tranquility and the area and above all the good air, here you can fully switch off from everyday life. Hatice is always totally friendly and super straightforward. Her in-laws live next door. Super people who are always available and help right away if you need something. Couldn't be better. Gladly come again!

We booked Lucie's place on the occasion of my wife's 30th birthday - and it was just perfect! Already upon arrival, we immediately felt comfortable: lovingly furnished, sparkling clean and with many small details that make the stay special. The stay in the accommodation was great, the pictures don't promise too much! The apartment was clean and beautifully furnished, the high fence and the gate in front of the house gave us a feeling of privacy at all times. We were also greeted with snacks and drinks and there was Amazon Prime and Netflix set up from the accommodation. Everything went smoothly and uncomplicated. All in all, the accommodation is only a recommendation and worth every penny! If we ever find ourselves in the Czech Republic again, we will definitely stay with Sarka :)

Great spot for families vacation. Appreciate big room for children with stuffs for them. Nice views and the ping pong table!

Very nice place

The accommodation was beautifully furnished, really everything was available. The kitchen is large and more than well equipped. Mrs. and Mr. Hammerl are very kind people, who surprised us directly with fresh eggs and salad. The place is clean and big. The garden at the house is prepared with a lot of love. All around it is very quiet and the surroundings are pure nature. The cat is very sweet. We felt completely comfortable and would love to come back. Thank you.

We had a great time at this beautiful home. The house is really nice and the fenced garden great. The kids loved the special bedrooms and all the toys. For our dog it was great to have a fenced garden. We got some good tips from the hosts, which helped to enjoy the area! Communication was very good and even when there was an issue the went all the way to fix it.

We stayed in Petra's apartment for 2 nights and felt very comfortable. The centre of Karlsbad was within walking distance. The apartment was clean, very spacious and well equipped. Everything was great!

The location is also great: The surroundings are quiet and pleasant, at the same time the center is not far away and easily accessible. Perfect for exploring the city and surrounding area! Had a comfortable stay with my family. Even though i didn’t stay up till the end of my stay but everything is just buttery smoth. Petr is easy to communicate with and has the initiative to give the best recommendations for it city has to offer so yes. Comfortable place
