We are in a gated neighborhood "Club de Campo Estancia los Ñires", 15 minutes from downtown San Martín de los Andes and 5 minutes from Lake Lolog. * On the neighboring land a construction site is being developed, the only drawback for the guest is the aesthetic obstruction of the view (photos of the division are attached)

El Chespu is a cabin made with a lot of love, very well equipped and comfortable. It is surrounded by the immensity of the Patagonian steppe, with an unbeatable view of the Lanín volcano, 3 km from the entrance of the national park and with descent to the river Chimehuin. Ideal for enjoying a magical place in absolute solitude. A secluded place to switch off from the stress of mobile phones and social media and connect with the simplest and most essential things: the river, the mountains, the fire.

Se arrienda parcela con casa de 130 metros cuadrados, ubicada a 35 min de Pucón y 8 minutos de Curarrehue. Cuenta con tres dormitorios, dos baños, living comedor, cocina a leña, cocina a gas y sala de estar en segundo piso con escritorio y televisión con costo extra (servicio prepago). Agua caliente por serpentín y termo electrico. Entorno de bosque nativo, avistamiento de aves, vista a Cerro Las Peinetas y bajada al río Trancura. Uso de tinaja tiene un costo extra. Cuenta con sofa cama (8P)
