There are 4 apartments in the house and you have to take the neighbors into account. Behind the house there is a garden, a barbecue corner and a rest corner that is shared. The apartment can accommodate 2 guests. Parking is not possible in the yard, the nearest option is “Mäe” street (150m from the house) or Viljandi Lake parking lot (250m). The apartment is located on the street.

For an additional fee, it is possible to relax in the hot tub with led lighting and bubbles along the river or in the wood-burning sauna with an amazing view of the Põltsamaa river.

The house is freshly renovated and has central heating and modern ventilation but still with old details that are characteristic to Viljandi and adds a historic flutter and a little adventure.

As the sauna is located in a private yard, there will be two extremely friendly Leonbergers (see the picture at the end) freely roaming around yard and maybe looking for belly-rubs or two, which is something to be considered.
