Holiday rentals with breakfast in Pike County

Kim the hostess is what made this AirBNB stay so memorable. She is genuine and incredibly hospitable. River, her loyal half human canine had her defense up at first when we first arrived, but quickly after sensing that we were not a threat or imposing, she became a total mush. Kim’s home became a clean and comfortable abode especially since we had the misfortune of rain during our weekend stay. Despite the occasional flash sprinkles we braved the local trails as Kim recommended. We especially enjoyed the Little Falls trail. At the AirBNB, our grown kids enjoyed the living spaces - watched Netflix, warmed up next to the fireplace and played guitar in the sunroom. The beds and linen were fresh and comfy and each morning Kim prepared a comprehensive and delicious homecooked breakfast. Kim is a very special and energetic woman full of spirit and kindness. We hope to return again!

If you're dreaming of a truly magical getaway, Home in Hawley is an absolute must! From the moment we arrived, we were enchanted by this wild paradise. The house itself is charming, impeccably clean, and offers a wonderfully peaceful and quiet environment – perfect for unwinding and reconnecting. Our hostess, Kim, is simply amazing! Her warmth and hospitality are second to none, and she truly goes above and beyond to make your stay exceptional. She even prepared delicious breakfast and coffee, or delightful pastries and yogurt – what a treat! What truly set our experience apart was how incredibly accommodating Kim was with our 18-month-old child, going above and beyond to satisfy all his needs. Her thoughtful touches made our stay incredibly special and truly unforgettable. I can't recommend Home in Hawley enough. It's a serene retreat that exceeded all our expectations, thanks in large part to Kim's incredible hospitality. We can't wait to return!

We booked a trip super last minute and had an amazing time! The location was fantastic and Erin was incredibly helpful with everything ahead of time and during our stay. I would definitely recommend this property for young families as Erin has put in the extra effort to accommodate young children with a high chair, booster seat, and pack and play. It’s a beautiful home in a wonderful community. It made for a perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of NYC and enjoy the local nature.

Margaret's place has a lot going for it! House was nice, plenty of room for 6 adults and 6 kids. The adjacent hotel was great, with a pool and goats, which the kids loved! Hiking nearby was fun, with a creek the kids enjoyed, plus rafting along the Delaware River. The small main street in Narrowsburg was cool, with a couple nice restaurants, book store, coffee shop and nice small farmers market. Definitely worth a trip!

We had a great weekend at Moira's clean and comfortable place in the Poconos. The kitchen is fully stocked, the beds were comfortable, and overall the house was clean and accurately described in the listing. The surroundings are peaceful and wooded and the location is close to towns, restaurants, and activities. When we had any questions, Moira or one of her co-hosts were quickly responsive and resolved issues. We would book this house again!

Beautiful and cozy space overlooking the Delaware River. The house is warm and welcoming, and a lovely breakfast was prepared every morning with very thoughtful sanity precautions. Would love to come again after Covid!
