This condo is on the first floor of the River Place Condo complex and is a wonderful corner unit allowing for maximum window capacity and all the sunshine you want. Behind this complex is a large river with ducks and geese. You have plenty of parking in front of the complex and a seasonal outdoor pool! You are within walking distance of Fantasy Golf, Big Top Arcade, Buzzed Bull Creamery, Red Rooster Pancake, and only 4 min from The Island in Pigeon Forge. Prime location for all attractions!
