Eure Unterkunft befindet sich Nahe der Elbe in einem Hinterhaus mit blumig mediterranem Außenbereich. Die Innenstadt ist mit der Straßenbahn in 15min zu erreichen, die Neustadt in 10min. Wer also dem Großstadt Trubel gern ein wenig entflieht und dennoch schnell im Zentrum sein möchte ist Hier gern zum Verweilen eingeladen. Wir freuen uns auf euch :)

Dresden ist immer und zu jeder Jahreszeit eine Reise wert. Wir machen auch Eure Übernachtung in Dresden zu etwas Besonderem. Unser modernes und komplett ausgestattetes Design-Apartment bietet Komfort auch für längere Aufenthalte. Es befindet sich im 1. OG eines denkmalgeschützten Jugendstilhauses in Dresden Pieschen und nur 5 Minuten fußläufig zur Elbe. Die Lage des Apartments Unweit der Innenstadt ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt um Dresden oder das landschaftlich reizvolle Umland zu erkunden.

The apartment is located in a charming historic building in Dresden Trachau, which was lovingly renovated in 2025. It is just 10 minutes away from Dresden Neustadt by train, bike, or car. The green Elbwiesen are within walking distance. The historic old town is 4 km away. You can expect a uniquely furnished, quiet apartment with a bedroom facing the courtyard. The ground-floor apartment is accessible via four steps. Free parking is available on the street. This is a non-smoking apartment.

Small but nice: cozy sandstone vaulted cellar (approx. 20 m²) with internal bathroom (toilet/shower) in an apartment building. Typical of a basement, there are only small windows that do not allow so much daylight. There is a kitchenette (fridge, mini oven, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, hotplates), but without a separate sink. Sauna use is also possible for an extra charge. Shared terrace with fireplace grill can be used by arrangement. Play options: table tennis and trampoline

KOKO 1 - perfect for family's

Our lovely flat has a huge living room, a room with a double bed and babycot and a second bedroom with a queen size bed and single bed. Our kitchen is high quality and modern with all amenities. The area is quite but very close to the city center, either with the tram (10 min) or a nice walk along the Elbe river (30 min). Bakery, grocery store and playgrounds are very close by. We have a trampoline in the backyard. The flat is perfect for a couple or a family with (small) children.

For your visit to Dresden, we offer you a stylishly furnished apartment. The apartment is 40 square meters, has 2 rooms, kitchen, bathroom. The living room of the apartment is on the south side facing Peschelstraße, the bedroom facing the courtyard. The apartment is on the ground floor. With the provided 26 and 28 bicycles you can reach the city center in approx. 15 minutes, whereby you can ride a large part of the route directly along the Elbe on the Elbe Cycle Path.
