Eure Unterkunft befindet sich Nahe der Elbe in einem Hinterhaus mit blumig mediterranem Außenbereich. Die Innenstadt ist mit der Straßenbahn in 15min zu erreichen, die Neustadt in 10min. Small but nice: cozy sandstone vaulted cellar (approx. 20 m²) with internal bathroom (toilet/shower) in an apartment building. Typical of a basement, there are only small windows that do not allow so much daylight. There is a kitchenette (fridge, mini oven, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, hotplates), but without a separate sink. Sauna use is also possible for an extra charge. Shared terrace with fireplace grill can be used by arrangement. Play options: table tennis and trampoline

Our lovely flat has a huge living room, a room with a double bed and babycot and a second bedroom with a queen size bed and single bed. Our kitchen is high quality and modern with all amenities. The area is quite but very close to the city center, either with the tram (10 min) or a nice walk along the Elbe river (30 min). Bakery, grocery store and playgrounds are very close by. We have a trampoline in the backyard. The flat is perfect for a couple or a family with (small) children.

The apartment is located on the second floor (bel étage) in an old building from 1905, which has been lovingly and stylishly restored. All rooms are spacious. From the bedroom and the balcony you have a view of the Elbe, which here makes a wide arc around the Ostragehe. The double bed in the bedroom measures 180 x 200 cm. The kitchen is integrated in the living room. There is also a dining table, a sofa bed and a television armchair.

The apartment (35 m² bedroom, combined kitchen/living room, bathroom - each room separate) is located in the quiet district of Dresden Dölzschen, in a 2-family house plus the apartment. It is ideally suited to relax in a quiet environment after a busy day in the city. Free parking is available right outside the front door. Pets are not allowed. No extra guests and no visitors allowed. The rear garden cannot be used.
