Loft holiday rentals in Piedmont

All I can say is WOW. Wait until you step onto that balcony and get the view, you will understand exactly what I mean. Stunning views, gracious host, and an unbeatable location. Highly recommend.

Maria ist eine tolle Gastgeberinnen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten alles was wir brauchten. Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir haben ein extra Bettbezug gekriegt, da wir nicht sicher waren ob wir zusammen im Doppelbett schlafen können. Maria ist auf alle unsere Wünsche eingegangen. Eine Minute Fussmarsch entfernt ist ein Supermarkt, sehr praktisch. Auch ins Zentrum ist es nicht weit, gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

Super loft et très bien placé!

La zona dov'è situato l'immobile è molto tranquilla e collegata bene al centro della città con bus e treno (io consiglio il bus n.42). L'appartamento è molto bello, nuovo e curato nei minimi particolari. I letti sono molto comodi. Inoltre l'immobile dispone di un giardino incantevole da dove si accede in maniera indipendente alla casa. Nel giardino inoltre si riescei anche a posteggiare un'auto di classe media ( il cancello è un po' stretto). L'host è stata molto presente e reattiva nel rispondere alle nostre domande.

Fabulous location, two-steps from Vetra Metro station on the Linate airport line. Pleasant apartment and super convenient. Cristina was very nice to deal with.

Séjour très agréable ! Sofia était très réactive et super sympa. Le logement était niquel, propre. Tous le nécéssaire était la. La vue depuis le petit balcon de la cuisine est magnifique. Et les restaurants à proximité ainsi que le lac était un vrai plus ! Je recommande fortement.

È il nostro secondo soggiorno in questo meraviglioso appartamento. La posizione e la vista sono incredibili! L’appartamento è estremamente confortevole, dotato davvero di tutto ed è pulitissimo. L’host è sempre disponibile e super gentile. Torneremo sicuramente!

Wir sind mit zwei Pärchen für ein Wochenendtrip nach Mailand gefahren. In der Unterkunft haben wir uns rund um wohl gefühlt. Es ist sehr schön eingerichtet gewesen. Die Lage war super, alles war sehr gut fußläufig zu erreichen und es gab viele Möglichkeiten vor Ort um auszugehen. Die Unterkunft war trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Uns hat dort an nichts gefehlt. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und haben für Tipps gerne beratend zur Seite gestanden und Fragen schnell und zuverlässig beantwortet. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und können die Unterkunft und die Gastgeber wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Casa Matilda e’ un oasi di tranquillità e bellezza .Siamo stati accolti con gentilezza e disponibilità. Il ns mini loft era grazioso e molto pulito .Abbiamo trovato una crostata di benvenuto e dei prodotti preparati dalla Sig.Anna .Tutto buonissimo !!! E’ stato un we molto caldo e la casa era dotata di ventilatore a soffitto e di un ventilatore a terra . La piscina perfetta ! Grazie Casa Matilda!! Ritorneremo sicuramente 🤗

A acomodação é muito bem localizada, em uma das melhores regiões de Milão para se hospedar, próximo de bares e restaurantes em uma região segura. O ponto negativo é que haviam muitas instruções para serem lidas (um pdf de diversas páginas), o que tornou a comunicação pouco objetiva, especialmente para quem está viajando por diversos lugares e fica hospedado em múltiplas acomodações. As informações mais importantes poderiam estar mais resumidas. Também foi um tanto burocrático fazer o check-in por um site próprio… me parece ser um grupo bem profissional, e entendo que isso faça parte da organização interna deles, mas novamente isso torna as coisas pouco objetivas para quem está se hospedando em vários lugares. O horários padrão de checkout (10 am) é muito cedo, mas gentileza nos estenderam mais uma hora. Deve-se atender para quantidade de água disponível limitada para o banho (essa informação poderia estar mais evidente). A anfitriã foi muito gentil e prestativa.

Maria è stata molto gentile e disponibile, ci ha assistiti con cura e precisione fino al nostro arrivo nella casa. L’appartamento è carino, ben arredato e dotato di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. La posizione è comoda, a circa 20 minuti a piedi dalle principali piazze del centro. Ci siamo trovati molto bene e le nostre aspettative sono state pienamente soddisfatte.

Diego’s place was lovely! The location was about a mile away from Navigli, a lively neighborhood full of bars and restaurants that we walked to each night. The bus stop was nearby as well. The loft was spacious and tidy, with a nice outdoor area. The instructions/directions were very clear and Diego was a very responsive host. We enjoyed our stay and absolutely recommend it to anyone traveling to Milano!

Please select this place- its very modern and chic interior that takes a break from the traditional. Amazing location next to a bustling Gelati shop and delicious restaurants, yet so peaceful and quiet in the apartment. it's 5 stars for those who love staircases - theres 3 sets up and 1 inside the apartment. it's the coolest place I've stayed for sure and would seek it again! the amenities felt like a hotel. Marta took time from her day to greet us at the door and give us a walk through to the apartment. She's very kind and really approachable. the whole team and their apartment are amazing. thanks for having us.

Ein sehr cooles Altbau-Loft mit hohen Decken und einem schönen Fliesenboden. Eingerichtet mit großem Geschick mit Vintage und selbst designten Möbeln. Es fehlt an nichts. Und endlich eine Ikea-freie Zone! Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Nachbarschaft ist ruhig und trotzdem ist man in wenigen Schritten im Zentrum von Turin. Wer mit dem Auto kommt, sollte die Umweltzone beachten und das Auto in einem der nahen Parkhäuser parken. Das geht ganz problemlos. Rosario hat uns mit tollen Empfehlungen für Cafés und Restaurants versorgt, perfekt und ganz nach unserem Geschmack. Die Kommunikation war absolut problemlos und sehr freundlich. Große Empfehlung!
