Holiday rentals with beach access in Piedmont

We came on the recommendation of a friend, already coming to this place several times. The check-in instructions were very clear and accurate, we easily found the place. The parking space is a real plus, especially since it's not everywhere. The view is great! A real pleasure in the morning! There are quite a few things to see in the area or easy to access thanks to the ferry a few kilometers away. A small downside however regarding the sound insulation with the apartment above which seemed a little fair to us, but which remains totally manageable, probably because we are not used to it. Note that there are no real shutters in the children's room, only blinds, so it's bright quite early in this room. Anyway, we'll come back to Nicholas's place with pleasure if we have a chance.

Very kind, helpful and friendly hosts. They welcomed us into a beautiful, clean, and spacious house with the sea a stone's throw away. Just cross the street and you're on the beach. The proximity of the tracks did not bother you at all, not even at night, in fact we had a very good rest. With a nice promenade you can reach the port/center and eat in one of the various places that the city offers or in one of the ones recommended by Lucia and Giuliano. We'll definitely be back next time. It's been a pleasure.

Excellent solution in the center of Finale Marina a stone's throw from the promenade, the beaches and the main square, and despite being in the center, the apartment is super quiet and no noise is heard. Maria Grazia is very kind and helpful and communication was effective. Very nice apartment with two bedrooms, a nice kitchenette, a sitting area and a beautiful terrace to enjoy in the warm months. Highly recommended.

Paolo and his wife Patrizia are very kind, straightforward and very helpful! They provided us with a crib and high chair and their daughter's pesto was delicious! The communication was always great!

We had a great stay in Stefan's apartment. The apartment is not far from the train station to make excursions to the Cinque Terre and other beautiful places, such as Camogli, Santa Margherita, Portofino and Sestri Levante. The apartment is located in a beautiful classic house with a lot of stairs. Very nice garden with great views of the sea. Minus point, the parking is not directly at the house, if you have a lot of luggage, you have to walk several times. Fortunately, when we arrived, Stefano had helped us carry luggage. We got restaurant tips for Recco and Camogli.

Spectacular apartment with a terrace overlooking the lake where you can spend magical moments

Giorgio is incredibly nice and helpful! We had to cancel the apartment we had actually reserved in Camogli after we arrived at the place and sat down to find a new apartment at 8pm in the evening. At 9pm we had agreed with Giorgio and at 11pm he met us and helped us check in. He assisted finding parking for our car, and was generally absolutely delightful in every way. The apartment is nice, with a sea view from one bedroom, and what you need for dishes, cutlery and pots to be able to cook there. The bathroom is small but with powerful water pressure in the shower and hot and delicious water. The bedrooms are large and airy, with several windows in each room (needed, as the apartment is on the top floor, and it can get a little warm). The beds are a bit hard. In the living room there is a sofa and dining table and everything is perfectly fine. The apartment is perfectly located, with walking distance to everything. The city's best restaurant is located in the building next door, and there is a short way to everything. We can safely recommend staying here!

Monica was the best host I've met. The communicaton with her was very easy, her response time is super quick. The instructions to go in to home is very clear and she is supporting the instructions with videos. Her place is exactly as it seems on the photos and maybe even more beautiful. The view from the balcony and the terrace is mesmerizing. Neighbourhood was very calm and quiet but it might be because it was off season when I stayed there. Although the neighbourhood is calm, the markets and closest shopping centers are only within 15 minutes driving distance. House is also very close to the Villa Balbianello. The house was very clean, Monica left everything we need in the fridge and kitchen. Lastly she helped us a lot during our stay with her recommendations for restaurants, shops, facilities around the region.

Federico’s apartment has an excellent location. Description and reviews provided us accurate information of apartment with it’s pros and cons and it was exactly what we expected. Federico responded quickly to all messages and was very friendly.

This is one of the most unique places we’ve ever stayed in. So special. And Alessio was extremely helpful and attentive to our questions and came with suggestions and was quick with responses. We will definitely be back.

The holiday flat is spotlessly clean and has a fantastic view of the sea. The terrace is huge and we were often able to have dinner outside. The flat is very well equipped, even for coffee drinkers: there is both a capsule machine and a Cafetera Italiana (like Bialetti). :-) There are electronic blinds throughout the flat so that the windows can be darkened, which was great. It was very quiet in the surrounding area and neighbourhood. The garden with the meadow was also a great place for us and the children to play. Communication with Sergio was always uncomplicated and very friendly. He gave us lots of tips for the region and it was very helpful to know the best way to do a day trip to Genova. We can highly recommend this accommodation!

Our stay at the little house was great! The views from the balcony were unbelievable, area was quiet, peaceful and private. Kathi the host was a great help, giving recommendations for places and things to do. The entire place was clean, cosy and homely! Only little negative was that we heard noise from the rooms above later on in the evening when we were trying to sleep. However this can’t be helped.

We really enjoyed our stay! Eros and Daniel were amazing hosts. Their communication both prior to and during our visit was excellent. They were there for anything we needed. We would highly recommend booking with them for this house and any property they manage.

Great spot near the lake!

We are guests at Maddalena and Riccardo's place x 2 days, and I have to say that it was like being at home!! Everything is very clean, nothing is missing!! From coffee to detergent x wash!! Games x free time! We really felt at home, my little girl said so too! Thank you also for your availability, always ready to respond! Surely if we come back to the area we will stay with you! A few steps from the sea and the center of Cogoleto (which can be reached with a pleasant walk), Raffaella's apartment is a small jewel. We really felt right at home, with all the necessary amenities. There's really nothing missing! The sofa bed is also spacious and comfortable. All necessary information is provided. Very quiet and green area, nice and kind neighbors. Raffaella and Aldo were available during our stay and friendly, we will definitely be back and recommend it to everyone.

Andrea is a welcoming and helpful host. He gave us many indications and advices on what to do around without us having to ask. The place was lovely and as per the description.

We were so happy we found Enrico’s place! It was just perfect! The apartment is very spacious, super clean, and that view was outstanding! Enrico’s communication was great and he even gave us a walking tour for Genoa. The amenities were exceptional. All in all, a perfect stay. Highly recommend.
