Three bedrooms can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people, and a romantic getaway for two is also possible. There is a small pond on the property. The neighborhood provides a peaceful and pleasant atmosphere that will certainly make your time here more enjoyable.

Treat yourself to rest and quiet. We invite you to the magical village of Łajs, on the border of Warmia and Mazury, among forests and lakes. There are 3 forest roads leading to Łajs. There is no asphalt, no shop, no bar. Here you will be enchanted by the hum of the forest, sunsets over the lakes, clean water and something you will not find anywhere else. This place deserved only beautiful houses with dreams and pines around. Sąsny is a family work. The houses fit into the local architecture while guaranteeing comfort and convenience.

A summer house in Masuria, one on a fenced plot - 1000m2, with the acceptance of animals. The cottage has a comfortably equipped kitchen with a living room, a bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. We provide bed linen, towels, projector and screen, we provide a boat, kayak, bicycles, SUPs, sun loungers. On the property there are swings, a barbecue, a fireplace, a covered terrace with garden furniture, very close to one of the cleanest lakes in Masuria. The former farm has been converted into a home for lovers of peace and nature. Located on a spacious plot with a fairytale view of your 'own' lake from the veranda. Fully equipped with -among others- a fire pit by the lake, a bbq, a lovely fireplace in the livingroom, a spacious kitchen, a good shower, wonderful beds and views to just dream away... The entire (fenced) plot is available to our guests, dogs are welcome. (The farm is split into two houses - possible to book together as one house.)
