Holiday houses in Pida

Christian and his family are saints, we had a very perilous journey on scooter from Sauraha to Pharping and were kindly received by these incredible hosts, warm comfy beds in creative bamboo houses on top of an incredible valley filled with wildlife. The Pharping area is definitely worth a trip from KTM, Darkshinkali temple cannot be missed, and Tibetan Buddhism is massive here, more monastries than I can count. Amazing.

Rajendra and Dayi are two very responsive and attentive hosts! I highly recommend them 100%, and I will definitely stay at their place again on my next visit to Kathmandu. Their house is ideally located, away from the noisy center of Kathmandu.

I liked Abhinab's beautiful villa so much that I immediately booked it again for two more nights. The pictures really don't do this place justice!

I stayed at Sanjay's place for 6 nights and it was a great experience throughout. Sanjay is very hands-on with the listing and was personally available for check-in instructions etc. He and his mother, who live on the same property were very kind to me, they suggested many options and also helped me get around, suggested good places to eat, reliable taxi services etc. I felt right at home throughout and even though I was traveling alone, it was very comforting to know that help as just next door. I will highly recommend this place, especially to those who have an interest in spirituality, as there are many monasteries, meditation and yoga centers around. Also, you get a birds eye view of Kathmandu city from the room, which is very nice to wake up to. Will definitely book this listing again whenever I am in Kathmandu next time!

We cannot say enough about our wonderful stay at the Nagarjun View Apartment. The apartment itself is clean and comfortable, had all the amenities that we could wish for, and was very quiet at night for restful sleep. The setting is quite beautiful, close to the forest and the air is clean and fresh. We attended celebrations at Triten Norbutse Monastery, less than a 10-minute walk away. This is an ideal location for going to the monastery. But most of all, the hosts were so warm and welcoming. They made us feel like family. And when my husband became ill, they directed us to a very good hospital, and even visited us there. We are grateful to their kindness and care. For all these reasons, we highly recommend staying at Nagarjun View Apartment!

Our Stay in Sunrise apartments has been fantastic! At first we were worried we would be too far away from everything to move around comfortably, but right away Gokul and his wife eased our worries and we just loved the area- quiet, peaceful and close enough to get to everything. They were so helpful from the beginning and exceptionally accommodating and kind. They were absolutely great hosts, always responsive and very helpful all throughout our stay. We were so happy with the house, it was very comfortable and clean and had great Wi-Fi for working abroad. We were very pleased with the place and will definitely return. We highly recommend this air bnb!!
