Aurora Medieval House - Granaio

Historical Medieval House,located in the Heart of Sermoneta,in one of the most famous street near the Caetani's Castle. The loft is on the last floor.It is equipped with a kitchenette,queen Size Bed and a well furnished bathroom with shower.At disposal of our guest a terrace with a beautiful view.Sermoneta is very close to Ninfa's Garden,Sabaudia beach,Sperlonga and Terracina.If you want to make a daily trip to Rome,Naples,Florence, the train station is just 10 minutes driving from the house.

The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

Kitchen and living room in one room. Equipped with air conditioning and radiator heating, TV in one bedroom and living room, washing machine, dishwasher, iron, ironing board, cutlery, plates, soaps and shampoos. It is located 200 meters from the train station, in the surrounding area there are numerous public parking lots.

There is a path that starts from the property that crosses the woods.

Beautiful independent villa on land of about one hectare, with olive groves, centuries-old oak and enchanting views of the green of the Roveto Valley. Ideal place to relax surrounded by nature, for long walks and cycling, horseback riding, visits to the hermitages. Living Sperlonga e' una bellissima casa con accesso diretto al mare, situata su una delle piu' belle spiaggie di Sperlonga. Siamo in via salette dove un accesso privato con un viale di circa 70 metri porta alla casa sul mare. La casa e' di 90 mq con ampio spazio esterno e giardino ed e' composta da: ampio salone, cucina, tre camere da letto e due bagni di cui uno esterno. Ci sono in dotazione anche lettini ed ombrelloni per godersi in pieno il mare di Sperlonga.

Le Coin Perdu

Un "coin perdu" di natura, cielo e aria pulita, per uscire dal ritmo frenetico della città e ritrovarsi su una collina, con vista mozzafiato sulla Valle di Comino. La casa accogliente, ad uso esclusivo, recentemente ristrutturata, è dotata di tutti i comfort (aria condizionata, riscaldamento, WI-FI), con 3 camere luminose, 2 bagni, un salone spazioso e una cucina ben attrezzata. Nell'immenso giardino, fra gli ulivi e le querce, potrete godere di allegre serate.

Excellent position close to Naples and Pozzuoli. Both cities are linked by ferry with Ischia, Procida and Capri. The gulf of Gaeta and Sperlonga is only 30 min by car. The house, completely independent, is 50 sqm large and has a unique view in front of the sea, and a huge garden of mediterranean vegetation. There is a double bed and a sofa bed consisting of two single beds. It’s also possible to reach the beach that is 500m far from the house!
