We present to you an modern villa built in 2024 with stunning sunset and panoramic ocean views. The villa is located on a private 0.5 hectares of land with its own garden, terraces and outdoor pool (12m) with salt water. The area of the house is 350m2. Seaview terrasses and patio 300 m2. Ceiling height is 4 meters. This house consists of 3 sleeping areas, each with its own dressing room and its own bathroom. The large living rooms have a dining areas with fireplace and a TV areas. 4 bathrooms.

The house is located in the center of the island and on the north coast near beaches and surrounded by green spaces. The bedrooms are large with closets. House with three bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 2 living rooms and an office. It has free internet and a study/work desk. My space is good for couples, individual adventures, business travelers, families up to 10 people and groups. Backyard with barbecue, garage for laundry treatment.

It is a farm with three houses, T2, T1, and a T0, with private garden space. The houses have a living room, kitchen, individual bathrooms. There is a barbecue, and pool. The farm presents a convivial space, all with a view between the sea and the mountain that provides an ideal balance for a relaxing holiday. It is located near Ribeira Grande, and Ponta Delgada (12km/13min), St.Barbara beach (9km/10min), and natural pools (4km/7min).
