Enjoy the game room in the basement. Air hockey, fussball, shuffle board, card table, big TV to to watch the game.

Our property on Little Gillett Lake is a special place. The cottage is new, but exudes the charm and character of classic Northwoods Americana. The clear, beautiful lake allows access to Big Gillett Lake and a tributary of the Oconto River by paddle. The Nicolet National Forest offers trails while nearby larger lakes provide beaches and access for motor boats. Swim, paddle, fish, snowshoe, ATV, snowmobile, hike, eat, chill... come enjoy some worry free relaxation or step away for an adventure!

You can see the lake from the first steps in the door. It's modern and bright. The property sits higher up from the lake giving you an eye-level view of the peaceful surroundings. Daniel’s Place is the perfect spot for weekend ski trips, city biking, trying local restaurants, farmers markets, kayaking, and exploring the city of Wausau. Come make yourself at home 🙂

Genuine log cabin with all the comforts needed for a relaxing getaway to nature. Privacy, room to roam. Huge firepit area with abundant seating. Good fishing. Spectacular fall foliage. Winter-direct access to snowmobile trails or stay cozy indoors in front of the fireplace. There are a few taxidermy species mounted on walls. Board games. Three TVs. Dish Network and Internet. Not a good swimming lake but other lakes for swimming and boating within 5-10 minutes away.
