The interiors are decorated in a contemporary style, where neutral colours and original works of art combine with the rustic effect of the wood finishes. The high ceilings provide a great sense of light and space. The living room has a set of double-glazed windows with views of the Alhambra. Furnished with a large sofa, coffee table and TV. The living room has direct access to the first terrace, which has a dining table and chairs. Views from the terrace of the Alhambra and the Cathedral. There is an additional living room on the second floor, with 2 sofa beds and a TV. The dining room has a large table and chairs for 10 people and is next to the kitchen, which is fully equipped with all the main high-quality utensils and appliances. Highlights: oven, washer-dryer, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. Three rooms. There are two double bedrooms and one room with two beds. Each double room has a king-size double bed (180 x 200 cm - US Queen size). The single beds are 90x200cm. All rooms have built-in wardrobes and access to 2 terraces with garden furniture and views of the Alhambra. Three bathrooms. Two bathrooms with a whirlpool bath, and one bathroom with a bathtub. The apartment has central air conditioning (cooling/heating), double glazing and underfloor heating. Free Wi-Fi internet access. There is no direct access to the apartment by lift. Upon entering the apartment, on the right, you will find the main terrace with a private pool that can be used all year round (not heated). The pool terrace is furnished with garden furniture: a table, chairs, an umbrella and 2 sun loungers - a perfect place for a refreshing swim, sunbathing and enjoying the views.

LGBTQ friendly, Traditional Alpujarran house of 80 sq m set in paradise garden and orchard of 3000 sq m, located just outside Bubion village, short walk to neighbouring village, Capileira. Ancient mulepaths lead in all directions directly from the house. Perfect location for hiking, riding, cycling or relaxing in pure mountain air. Eagles, bee-eaters, and wild ibex can all be seen from the garden. Legally I can only rent to 3 guests (although there are 2 double beds). WiFi for working.

Casa Amaranta is a charming little house located on the edge of the Poqueira Ravine. It has wonderful views from the rooms of the house. The cozy atmosphere with a decoration full of details, invite you to spend a few days of tranquility and peace in Capileira. The house was originally the block of a family home and has been carefully restored. The Climalit windows were installed in September 2017, as were the hot water heater and ceramic hob.

The Alcazaba cabin is a small piece of heaven, located in the mountains of the Sierra Nevada National Park, it looks out onto the Canales reservoir. It is sensational, a place to enjoy peace and tranquility. For stays of more than 2 guests, there is a possibility, consulting with the hosts in advance. Pets are allowed but for a €25 fee in addition to the reservation, check with the hosts.
