La Gemma - this three-story home (occupying the 3rd and 4th floors and the attic, accessible by elevator) of an independent building has a townhouse feeling. Perfect for a large family traveling together, or a group of friends having a Roman adventure, this apartment can host up to 7 people comfortably (3 double rooms, one single). The master bedroom (located in the attic) is truly one of a kind, totally separated and private from the rest of the home. It boasts magical views of the Vatican’s Dome you can enjoy from bed or while having coffee on the private terrace. The off-suite bathroom is embellished with hand-painted walls and a Jacuzzi tub. The room also provides plenty of storage with a walk in closet. The first floor with a private entrance is the location of three more bedrooms. The two double rooms are furnished with queen-size beds, seating areas, and windows that open to beautiful views of Borgo Pio’s alleys and of the so-called “Passetto,” an elevated passage that links the Vatican City to Castel Sant’Angelo. Once used to smuggle the Pope to safety, this medieval highline is now accessible to tourists. Room three is a smaller room nestled in the corner, perfect for a baby/child, or a single person. It is quiet and cozy. These three rooms share a grand, hand-painted bathroom that has a shower and large sink area. The second floor (also accessible through a private entrance) is the common area. The independent large living space and dining room are made for entertaining or relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. The living room has loads of seating and even a king-size daybed for long afternoon naps. The kitchen is fully stocked, with everything you need to cook even the largest of meals. It has plenty of pots, pans, and platters, serving utensils, an oven, and dishwasher. This amenity gives guests the flexibility to cook meals at home, and even to host a formal dinner. On this floor, you will also find a full bathroom and laundry-room with washing machine and dryer. Feel at Home in This Charming, Central Cosy Place

Sip espresso in the cozy kitchen of this renovated apartment, with balcony, set in an early 20th-century building. Original floor tiles add old-world charm to the contemporary decor personalized by yellow accents and vintage photos of city sites. Brand new, bright second floor flat. As you enter you are welcomed by a spacious and well lighten corridor with doors to the main bedroom, the spacious kitchen and the living room. This flat fit comfortably 4 people: the main bedroom has a king size bed that can be used as 2 single beds while the living room has a 4 seater sofa bed with an exceptionally comfortable mattress. The kitchen has a small balcony. There is plenty of storage and cleanliness is at the top of our priorities !!! The entire flat We are helping our guests from the moment they enquire about how to get to our flat from airport or train stations, to the welcoming day, throughout their stay with tips for local restaurants or hidden gems of the city, until their checkout to make sure they can find the quickest way to their next destination. We speak fluently both English and French and having often travelled abroad ourselves, we know what it means to be a tourist and how good it feels to be welcomed and guided into a new city by the locals. We are very happy to meet people from all different countries and nationalities. Located in trendy Prati, the apartment is close to buses and metro stations for easy accessibility to city landmarks. The neighborhood is known for its array of shops, cafes, and restaurants. The Spanish Steps are a 15-minute walk. The closest underground station is Lepanto and it is only 5 minutes away from the flat. This takes you to where ever you need in Rome but buses are also very convenient and the closest bus stop in Via Ferrari ( 2 minutes away from our flat) gets you to the city centre in less then 15 minutes. For example: Spanish steps are 15 minutes away by bus. Colosseum is 25 minutes away by underground. Piazza Navona is 12 minutes away by bus. The Vatican museums are 20 minutes away on foot passing by Via dei Gracchi where you find the most delicious ice cream in Rome as voted by the Romans: Gelateria dei Gracchi.
