Trabocco in the Countryside

The "Trabocco in Campagna" is a special structure surrounded by the greenery of olive trees, which was born between the sea and the mountains. It was curated and completed in every detail in 2025. 2 minutes from the center of Lanciano, 10 minutes from the Costa dei Trabocchi, 40 minutes from the Majella, you can enjoy a stay immersed in nature, "like on a Trabocco". But what is the trabocco? It is an ancient fishing pile dwelling anchored to the rock on large intertwined wooden poles, capable of withstanding the force of the sea.

Vivi con stile in questo spazio straordinario. Questo appartamento è un monolocale dotato di tutti i confort. Ha un balcone che dà sul fronte strada e una piccola vista sul mare. Arredato con tanto amore, è molto tranquillo. Si trova al secondo piano(no ascensore) e come si vede dalle foto il tetto è fatto tutto in legno. Si può arrivare tranquillamente a piedi in paese. L'appar. risiede in una casa privata ed è dotato di parcheggio interno gratuito custodito in paese, dista dal mare circa 3 km.

Casa Gabbiano

Casetta indipendente, a 2 minuti dalla spiaggia del Cavalluccio e dalla pista ciclabile. La casa gode di un ottima posizione, circondata dal verde, alla fine di una strada chiusa, quindi senza traffico dove si può godere di massima tranquillità, ma con soli 2 min di macchina si raggiunge una delle spiagge più belle della costa dei trabocchi e la ciclopedonale. Con circa 5 min di camminata si può raggiungere un mini market e a 5 minuti di macchina si raggiunge uno dei più belli borghi d’Abruzzo.

In the Belvedere, every window of the living room frames a monument. The Belvedere di Elisa has 6 beds, a large and welcoming open space with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and relaxation area, two bathrooms, one of which is complete. The Belvedere's geographical location is strategic for moving around the city, towards the most famous monuments.

Il Melograno House: lavender, views and beaches

We'd like to share our special house with you, we're lucky enough to own a lavender farm ,surrounded by amazing country views with the spectacular Maiella mountains in the background. We've rebuilt The Melograno House with original antique Abruzzo bricks and have created a retro house with a mix of old and new. We're close to the great towns of Vasto, Termoli and Lanciano with their clean and beautiful beaches , only a couple of hours away from Rome and 40 mins from Pescara airport.

Completely renovated in the first months of 2025, it has a large terrace (with electric awning) with sea view and outdoor shower: ideal for sunrises over the sea and enjoying the cool summer breeze already starting from lunchtime given the exposure to the east. Glamping Abruzzo - The Yurt

This luxurious yurt, with its own private hot-tub and fire-pit, is set in a peaceful olive grove, with sweeping views to the Majella mountain. Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.
