The "Trabocco in Campagna" is a special structure surrounded by the greenery of olive trees, which was born between the sea and the mountains. It was curated and completed in every detail in 2025. 2 minutes from the center of Lanciano, 10 minutes from the Costa dei Trabocchi, 40 minutes from the Majella, you can enjoy a stay immersed in nature, "like on a Trabocco". But what is the trabocco? It is an ancient fishing pile dwelling anchored to the rock on large intertwined wooden poles, capable of withstanding the force of the sea.

A few metres below the property is the cycle/pedestrian path that runs along the sea for 42 km.

Live in style in this amazing place. This apartment is a studio equipped with all comforts. It has a balcony overlooking the street front and a small sea view. Furnished with so much love, it's very quiet. It is on the second floor (no elevator) and, as you can see from the photos, the roof is made entirely of wood. You can easily walk to the village. The apartment is in a private house and has free, guarded indoor parking in the village. It is about 3 km from the sea.

This luxurious yurt, with its own private hot-tub and fire-pit, is set in a peaceful olive grove, with sweeping views to the Majella mountain. Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.

Villa Mary Pool, a gem on the Costa dei Trabocchi, offers 3 elegant, smart, and fully equipped apartments—Ambra, Giada, and Perla—each with a private outdoor lounge. In front, a solarium with sunbeds overlooks a natural painting: the hillside village of San Vito to the right and the sea to the left. A hot tub, infrared sauna, and gym are always available. The pool is open Monday to Friday in June, July, August and September for pure relaxation!
