Across the valley of the Saline River you will see the vineyard of San Lorenzo wines, the medieval villages of Elice and Castilenti, and small suburbs with support businesses for the farmers in the area. The nearest neighbor is 200m away, so with the exception of the occasional friendly farmer on his tractor, you are able to enjoy the blissful peacefulness of country living.

Comfortable and elegant ground floor apartment including beach umbrella located just 100 meters away. Completely renovated, it consists of a large and bright open space with kitchen, dining table, sofa bed and 55" TV. The sleeping area consists of a double suite with an en-suite bathroom and a chromotherapy shower, a lovely bedroom with a bunk bed and a second bathroom. It completes a large terrace with an umbrella and sitting area where you can spend time relaxing.

The Casette Resabe are immersed in the characteristic green of the Abruzzo countryside between olive trees and horses. There is plenty of space outside for both families and small groups of friends. The strategic position of the houses allows you to easily reach both the coast, therefore the long fishing beaches 20 minutes by car, and the highest mountains of the Apennines at about 40 minutes always by car, both locations less than an hour away from the residence.

Glamping Abruzzo - The Yurt

This luxurious yurt, with its own private hot-tub and fire-pit, is set in a peaceful olive grove, with sweeping views to the Majella mountain. Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.

A few minutes from the sea and ski slopes, nestled in the hills of Pescarese but only 25 minutes from the sea, 40 minutes from the mountains and a 5-minute drive to the highway. Only SMALL dogs are allowed. The villa is inhabited by the homeowners on the upper floor but they will be present mainly only for check-in and garden maintenance, while guests will have full privacy and autonomy of the ground floor.
