A penthouse on the third floor (without a lift) with a large terrace from which you can admire a large part of the beautiful Costa dei Trabocchi. A fantastic panormama, which allows you to witness spectacular sunrises and sunsets, in an atmosphere of peace and relaxation. A few metres below the property is the cycle/pedestrian path that runs along the sea for 42 km.

This luxurious yurt, with its own private hot-tub and fire-pit, is set in a peaceful olive grove, with sweeping views to the Majella mountain. Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too.
