Fisherman Dwelling are two independent houses renovated in the style of the coastal village and equipped with all modern comforts. 'A Casa Nica overlooks the port of Sciacca: from the windows or the balcony you can see the boats moored at the piers and watch the fishing boats return from their fishing trips followed by the seagulls. In Aliai neighborhood there are typical restaurants and pubs, ceramic workshops and free parking. Historic center and Lido beach are about 10 minutes away on foot.

This lovely dome shaped bungalow is in the heart of Maragani, one of the most breathtaking beaches in Sciacca. The bungalow itself is located in the gated community of Residence Oasi. It is set back off the main road that leads to the beach of which is only about 200 meters away. There are about 40 bungalows in total, each having its own private property and gated entrance making it very private and secluded. Although we are in a rural area wi-fi and cell phone reception is available.
