There is a pool and for you to enjoy and plenty of room for children to play. There is plenty of secure off street parking for boats , campers and trailers Centrally located in town only 2klm to CBD. Close to beaches. A clean and tidy unit in a quiet location.

A newly renovated guest suite close to coastal walks, cycling tracks and a cafe. Great for a cosy get away. The guest suite is fully self-contained with a modern homely feel. The separate bedroom has a kingsize bed and opens up onto the lounge and dining areas with a view of the garden. Your hosts (Mark and Kathy) live on site; however, the guest suite is private, with its own entrance.

There is a fully equipped kitchen, laundry/bathroom, large lounge/dining room with largeTV and Blue Ray DVD. There is a queen size bed and 2 single beds and a portable cot. There is under cover parking in driveway which can take 2 cars. No parking on street as it a narrow road.
