Flawless and perfect appartment, residential building and area. Tim provides everything you need in record time. Rooftop pool is beautiful with great view and no people. Same for the gym. Probably best location in town. Walkable to EmSphere, EmQuartier, Terminal 21. Security guards at the entrance and polite and unintrusive. TV with english channels like CNN, BBC. Netflix, Youtube. The appartment is on 5th floor, still with a pleasant unobstructed view, with no buildings to block it. Highly recommend.

Fantastic, new and well-maintained apartment in the middle of Sukhumvit. Because of the low-rise building, do not expect superior views. However, there are so many good things about this place that I would return anytime.

It was located just in front of Central Chaeng Wattana and MTR Pink Line. Location was superb for mobilization using public transport. Rooms are very convenient and comfy. The Views was stunning and can enjoy beautiful Bangkok city from the 28th floor. The building is wheelchair accessible and just beside the main road surrounded by many restaurants.

Carl was a great host. I enjoyed my stay very much. There is great restaurants just outside of the condo. Its a very lively area 5 min walk towards scenespace. There is a 7-11 right across the condo which was extremely helpful! Thanks again for the lovely stay.

The apartment is in old building, but the inside is totally renovated and nice. I love the place, it's close to everywhere, only need Grab or Bolt if you are lazy to walk. I am impressed on how Matt provides spotless white hand towel and bathroom mat. He even provides laundry detergent and snacks ! Overall I'm satisfied. Thanks Matt !

I had a wonderful two-week stay at Max’s place. The accommodation was very clean, and everything we needed was perfectly prepared. The bathroom and kitchen were spotless, and there were absolutely no bugs. Max responded quickly to all our requests and handled everything proactively. He was truly kind and nice. If I visit Bangkok again, I will definitely stay at Max’s amazing place!

It was clean and tidy, so I was very satisfied.😃👍🏻👍🏻 There are many convenient elements such as parking lots, dryers, etc. I think it's a good place to stay for a long time, like a month-long stay! The house was perfect for my family of 5. It's interior was beautiful, clean and organised, just like the pictures. Everything that we needed was available and more. Truly felt like being back at my own home. It's close enough to the busy street of Sukhumvit Rd, where everything is available, yet far enough from the sounds of the busy Sukhumvit Rd. Our stay there was quiet and peaceful. A definite recommendation to stay at Mint's if you are visiting Bangkok with a large family. Looking forward to stay again at Mint's on my next trip to Bangkok in the near future.

Patty’s place was perfect for our family. Great location as easy to walk to restaurants. We really enjoyed our time at her place.

Initially, I was heavily skeptical because the photo just looked too good and maybe the place wouldn't match the description. But I was extremely wrong. This place not only has a living space that completely blew me away with handcrafted furnitures, but everything is extremely well kept and clean, not to mention the amazing hospitality that we received from both K'Tum and Ed that makes us feel extremely welcomed with their souvenirs, complimentary drinks and breakfast. The best thing about this place is probably the kitchen because there really is every kitchen utensils or tools you need to cook for your family or loved ones, not to mention the vast amount of beautiful plates within the cabinets that elevated our Valentine's date even more. We are extremely delighted to have found, stayed, and enjoyed Rumor has it and will probably come back again in the near future!

Stayed here for 3 nights and had a wonderful stay. Loved the location and amenities in this place and had a beautiful roof top pool and gym to enjoy! The host was super responsive and was a pleasure to stay here!

Second stay in the room. As described, very spacious and comfortable. It is only 5 minute walk to MRT Suthisarn. Enjoyed the nearby massage store, delicious food and convenient stores nearby ( 7 eleven, family mart, lotus express etc.) I will come back again :):)

I liked the place, first of all thanks to the owner, he cooked everything, there was water, coffee, even a new sponge for dishes. There are a lot of dishes, the complex itself is in a guarded area with a swimming pool and a gym. Convenient location, 3 minutes walk to the metro, within a walking distance of large shops and 7/11

We loved staying at Panidhi’s place! Great location, just a short walk to Sukhumvit, with a calmer atmosphere. The apartment was exactly as described, super clean, and communication with Panidhi was fast and easy. Highly recommend!

I enjoyed my stay at this property. P’ Pimnara was nice to greet me and show me the apartment. It may not be a huge apartment but definitely cosy. The nearest BTS is a bit of a walk and may be a bit difficult to walk to if you have a lot of luggages as the side walks are not big enough. However it is near many amenities. 7-11, Pharmacy, Big C Supermarket, Starbucks and many others. When I arrived at the property, it was 3 days after the earthquake that happened in Myanmar. While there are some superficial cracks, it is very safe and comfortable. The building security is also strict, which is good - for the safety of the residence. The toilet is spotless, the house is clean, the fridge works well, the television too and I think most importantly, bed is comfortable. I had a good stay here and without a doubt will be back again whenever I am able to book it for a trip to Bangkok. Thank you again for the space to feel home.

Great location and close to restaurants in the neighborhood that catering to all price ranges

Benny was a super host. I landed in Bangkok a few hours after the earthquake in Myanmar, when it was next to impossible to travel in the city. He helped me get a hotel close to the airport and refunded me for that night. The flat was comfortable, the pool in the building was great, and Benny gave lots of recommendations of where to visit around the area. 10/10
