Beach condo holiday rentals in Phuket

The unit was amazing! I can't speak highly enough of how impressive it was. We were less than 50m from the ocean. The entire complex was beautifully set out with swimming pools the length of the complex. The unit had two master bedrooms as well as a third separate bathroom. Vevee also had every imaginable accessory for the guests included in the unit. There is also a regular shuttle from reception to the local shops (Turtle Village) which had everything you would want. We will definitely go back again.

The property is nice and private which we needed for our honeymoon, the pool was the main star of the show which almost made going to the beach a chore for how good it was. Selly is a amazing host who is super responsive and kind so you wont have any issues if you book with her. The place itself is near kata market which has loads of food and the kata beach. (Halal options aswell). Word of advice in regards to the property is that its situated on a steep hill, its not a crazy walk but if you struggle to walk generally its something worth thinking about otherwise for everyone else the walk might be good to burn the calories from the amazing food nearby. There is everything you need nearby (Cafe, 7/11, food court, activity booking place, fruits) All in all I would recommend as the area itself is quiet but close to the main hub.

Wonderful space! Super clean, excellent location. We have stayed at this condo for the past 10 years in various units and this is one of the most well positioned units. The condo is directly on the beach with many 5* resorts in walking distance so you can take advantage of their F&B or buy food from the nearby mini mart and cook yourself. We hire a car from the airport to get around and explore the area and drive off the island highly recommended. :)

The apartment is perfectly situated, few minutes walking to the beach. Cindy is very helpful, quickly responded to solve all our problems, really appreciated her help.

Very responsive host. Apartment was very clean & was very well equipped we had everything we needed . The pools and grounds were lovely, the location was perfect 2minutes from shops, bars, restaurants. 5 minutes walk to a lovely beach. The location perfect. Would definately stay again and highly recommended.

We had an amazing stay at Yana’s beautiful apartment. Around a 15-20 mins walk to Nai Harn beach with so many different eateries, cafes and massages nearby. We will definitely come back to stay if we are in the Rawai area. Thank you so much to Yana and the team at Relife for being so welcoming, helpful and friendly!

This property is a great value! The unit was immaculate. Host is super responsive and friendly. He usually responded in less than 5 minutes. Direct access to a beautiful, clean beach. Surf can be a bit rough, but it is definitely swimmable. Highly recommend

Elle’s place was stunning and in such a great area of town. There were shops and restaurants within a minute of walking and the beach was very close. It was a very nice space to come back to at the end of the day.

Very good location - lots of places in the walking distance: 5 min to Nai Han Beach, 15 min to Ao Sane Beach (great for snorkeling), 10 min to 7/11 and 15-20 min to many restaurants and bars. On the other side of the road there is a lake, it’s a nice view. Check in and check out were very easy. The condo is big, enough space for 8 people. It was nicely furnished and clean, the beds were very comfortable. Nice terrace on the roof to chill in the evening. There was also a small swimming pool but not much space around it to sit, which didn’t bother us at all, since we prefered to go to the nearby beach anyway :) There was air conditioning in every room which worked very well and quiet. Contact with David was perfect, he replied very quickly to all our questions. Overall it’s a great value for money, highly recommended!

Abdullah and the whole facilities of the hotel amazing! Ideal place to stay away from hot and dirty Patong city but still very close. Perfect location.Room nice and spacious with a free and safe parking.

Great appartment pool gym ect. The appartment is at ground floor with a "littel" green space for lunch.

Great place to stay with amazing view. near town but not right in the noisy part. Well appointed and comfortable. perfect for family and couples and able to cook at home if your tired if eating out. Everything you need is there Christophe was a great host with advice and guidance. Just be mindful getting your luggage up to apartment was a little tricky. other than that perfect spot.

Fantastic location with one of the best views of Sea you will find in the whole of Phuket. The Villa is immaculate and very large. Access is up a steep hill but we got regular taxis via Grab which came right to the door of the Villa. The Luxe Villa team were fantastic, arranging private massages in the Villa and also private excursions for our family of 5 (3 young children).

First of all, it was a zero to the sea in the center of Rawai. It is pleasant to have coffee on the balcony with a pool and sea view from the rooms. The only problem is that the pool is extremely small to swim, it's an ideal place to stay for a few days outside of it

Amazing stay! We were obsessed with the view. About 20-30 mins from the main center but transportation is cheap so this wasn’t an issue for us. We loved our stay, comments saying bills are expensive, we paid $50 Canadian for a week which is very reasonable ($1300 Thai bahts) Just turn lights and air off when leaving building and you won’t have a problem.

Patong tower is probably best place to stay in patong. It looks like it's the highest building in the area and if you get one of the top floors, the views are unmatched, especially during the sunset. Staff are very friendly, you can get whatever you need by calling or texting the staff. I had a little situation with one of the staffs during a night out but the situation was my fault - essentially, always make sure you have a key so you're not always asking to be let up to your room as the staff are not allowed to. Patong tower is in the heart of everything, lots of nice restaurants closeby and activities to do.
