Beach condo holiday rentals in Phuket

The listing matched the description and images. The complex was very nice but also with strict rules (eating & drinking by the pool not allowed). Thank you very much to Miles and maybe we'll see you again.

Had everything you need, washing machine, microwave, fridge, towels, host was very friendly, view is insane, the only thing is the hill to get up is crazy steep, my knees were fully bent, so if disabled please keep this in mind. Lovely place!

Steps to beach and food. Away from party scene and noise. But still within walking distance of night life. There was so much to see & do. Next time we need to stay longer.

Super happy with Mr.Ken and Mr. Pascals attention. The place is very clean and their communication regarding any questions was super quick. They are very responsible host and will take care of you in any way possible. My wife and I really appreciate having conversations with Mr. Pascal and getting to know more of the city . Looking forward to visiting this place again feels just like home.

The environment is very good! Quiet and beautiful! The rooms are also fully equipped, and it would be even better if they had a comb, which is also a great option for people who like to cook, who have full kitchenware. The pool is clean and there is a gym and sauna. The housekeeper is also very sweet and will actively solve problems when we encounter them. The surrounding area is very convenient, there are 711 and many delicious restaurants. Close to the beach, you can go to sea and fish.

We stayed as a family with two kids. The area is really quiet and relaxing. The beach view and sunset is amazing. The accommodation is as described. Nata and Miss Tumm took immediate action when the washing machine got broken. They replaced it the next morning. If you are looking for a relaxing place this is what you need to book.

The studio apartment was in The Deck Condominium, in the heart of Patong. Everything from the self check in to getting around was easy. There is a great pool at the condo as well. Bangla Rd, Simon Cabaret and everything else is super close to the condo. It didn’t take us over 15mins to reach any of the main spots around here. Hong was available throughout the stay and was glad to help us with all the queries. Definitely worth the money, will return back.

We had a great stay, the balcony was absolutely fantastic for our family of 6, plenty of space. Zeng was extremely helpful with everything to do with the apartment, he also helped us organise our airport transfers and trips to Phi Phi and James Bond Island through his contacts, both trips are highly recommended and the prices arranged were well below the advertised rates. The transfer guys were so helpful and got us to the apartment for 1,200 each way, the travel time from the airport to the apartment is between 60 and 90 mins (traffic can be busy). One thing to keep in mind is that Thailand rentals do charge for electricity and water on top of your booking cost. We knew this before our stay but it could catch you out if unaware and you don’t have any idea what the bill will be until you check out. For 12 nights our cost came to about 5,500, about £10 a day. You need to keep available cash spare for this.

Dean is a stand out and an all star, and so are his rental properties at Chom Tawan! We loved every minute of our time in his rental and truly appreciate his level of genuine effort and communication. We cooked meals everyday thanks to the fully stocked kitchen and spent unforgettable moments in the apartment, the pool. the beautiful property and, of course, the breathtaking beaches just a short stroll away. Do yourself the favor and book you're stay at Chom Tawan through Dean; there may be alternate Airbnb options for this property but there's only one Dean🙏🏽.

nice friendly host, clean apartment with good ac. Apartment was on top of a hill so a bit of heavy walking but that was no problem

If you're dreaming of rebooting, this is the place to be. Quiet as grandmother in the village. All shops are available. Exchangers, cafes. The main plus I slept very well. I haven't had this in a while. Good energy by the apartment. Recommendations to future customers - Take care of this apartment. This is a new complex. There were even bathrobes. Cozy and comfortable. The bonus was YouTube. Smart TV 💪💪💪 thank you. Great value. Next year for sure.

Very nice place, it is quiet and peaceful, close to the beach, nearby a lot of bars, restaurants, shops and street food points. There are several swimming pools and a gym on site, clean and modern rooms. I recommend

Abdullah and the whole facilities of the hotel amazing! Ideal place to stay away from hot and dirty Patong city but still very close. Perfect location.Room nice and spacious with a free and safe parking.

The Penthouse condo was exactly as described — beautiful views, large living spaces, big beds, well-stocked kitchen and great outdoor spaces with ample seating. The sunsets from the rooftop deck were outstanding and storm watching from the main floor balcony/lanai were a highlight of our trip. The unit is in a fabulous location, 10-minute walk to Canal Village (small grocery store, beer-wine, a few restaurants) and to many wonderful beach bars (highly recommend Nomad for the food, service and evening fire show). Short drive to many more shops and restaurants along Boat Avenue. Willian was very responsive, accommodating to our travel schedule and eager to ensure we were having a great trip. Would highly recommend staying here! It was perfect for our family of five.

The place is very beautiful, clean and comfortable, and the view was wonderful and exceeded expectations. The area is quiet, safe and close to all the services you need, but if you want to go to Patong, you need a taxi, you can't walk, but there is a restaurant, a grocery store and a laundry that you can go to on foot The host was excellent, respectful and very helpful throughout the stay. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area, and I hope to visit the place again

Fantastic location with one of the best views of Sea you will find in the whole of Phuket. The Villa is immaculate and very large. Access is up a steep hill but we got regular taxis via Grab which came right to the door of the Villa. The Luxe Villa team were fantastic, arranging private massages in the Villa and also private excursions for our family of 5 (3 young children).

If you want high quality apartment with fantastic amenities all around look no further. A place to relax and unwind with everything you need not far away. Great place to base yourself to explore all that Phuket has to offer.

The property is excellent, very clean and well equipped. Perfect location, quiet but still convenient and excellent view. We would highly recommend staying here, it is better than some of the best suites in neighbouring hotels.

Very pleasant stay in general, if u wanna nearby Patong busy area but also wanna peace and nature ,here is your best option. Host is very responsive. Just price is a bit high
